There is a spacious living room with an exceptional high ceiling and ditto windows overlooking the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea.

In the living room, there are 2 luxurious and modern sitting areas. The spacious open kitchen is located as an extension of the living room. The traditional kitchen offers access through the large sliding doors to the covered terrace. The kitchen has all the amenities, 4 hot plates, microwave, oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. 

There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total; 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower or bath. All bedrooms have a luxurious box spring double bed (180x200) and beautiful bed linen. On the first floor / mezzanine is bedroom 5 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

On the lower floor, level pool is located bedroom 6 also with private bathroom. A nice and simple room with double bed, perfect for older children for example. Immediately adjacent is a 2nd kitchen and TV room plus a fitnessroom including a rowing machine, a squat rack and dumbbells.

From the living room, thanks to the XL sliding doors across the almost entire width of the living room, you can enjoy a particularly beautiful view of the golf course and the sea. The sliding doors connect the living room with the spacious terrace from where you can reach the pool via a stately staircase. At both ends of the terrace there is a covered terrace.

On one side there is a beautiful lounge set and on the other (kitchen) side there is a large teak dining table with 10 chairs. Ideal for breakfast in the morning in the sun or lunch or dinner in the shade. There is an outdoor kitchen including 2 XL BBQ's.

The swimming pool is 12x6 m and has a fine so-called beach entrance. Both on the terrace and by the pool are sunbeds and there is also an outdoor shower. There are several luxury lounge sets both in the garden and on the terrace. 

There is parking space for several cars on the fully fenced plot. The Domaine on which the villa is located is also fully fenced and has a permanent guard (porter's house at the main entrance).

From the villa, you can walk in 5 minutes to the beach, where you will find two restaurants (Le Pingouin Bleu and Plage Les Gabians) for a lunch with your feet in the sand.

The villa is officially situated on the Domaine du Golfe Bleu, Grimaud, but you are probably more orientated on the nearby Sainte Maxime. 

Sainte Maxime is a lively village with many terraces, restaurants and nice shops. Beautiful wide sandy beaches including the lovely Plage La Nartelle beach. There are several good beach clubs to be found here, where you can also dine al fresco until late in the summer. 

Another fun thing to do is cycle - there are excellent cycle paths - to Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime. Bicycles can be hired in Sainte Maxime. 

The medieval village of Grimaud is definitely worth a visit. Located higher on a hill, Grimaud offers panoramic views of the clear blue bay of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The chic village is also known for its well-maintained beautiful urban villas in the narrow medieval streets and the castle ruins.

A must is to take the ferry (departure from the port of Sainte Maxime) to Saint Tropez. In the morning visit the large and very cosy Provencal market at Place des Lices and for lunch visit one of the popular beach clubs. Be sure to make a reservation. For the ultimate jet-set feeling, order a taxi boat to pick you up at the private beach Beauvallon.
