The entire villa is air-conditioned. The XL round dining table, suitable for 10, is perfect for memorable evenings with family or friends. The open kitchen includes a bar and is generously equipped with modern appliances. There are 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. There are 4 luxurious bedrooms and 4 luxurious en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. All beds are Swissflex. 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor.

Ground floor; bedroom 1 (approx. 23 m2) with double box spring (180x210), (built-in) closet, and en-suite bathroom (bath, double washbasin, lockable W.C. and luxury walk-in shower). Bedroom 2 (approx. 18 m2) with double box spring (180x210), (built-in) closet and en-suite bathroom (double washbasin, lockable toilet and luxury walk-in shower).

On the 1st floor; bedroom 3, (ca.30 m2) the master bedroom with desk or vanity, double (built-in) wardrobe, double box spring (180x210) and en-suite bathroom (bath, double washbasin, lockable W.C. and luxury walk-in shower). Bedroom 4, (approx. 18 m2), with double box spring (180x210), (built-in) closet and en-suite bathroom (double washbasin, lockable W.C. and luxury walk-in shower).

Each (en-suite) bathroom features beautiful Marie Stella Maris brand bath products and a hairdryer.

The villa is located on an exclusive, and 24/7 secured, Domaine located at Beauvallon Golf Club between Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez. The garden is designed according to an all-year-round principle which means it is evergreen and in perfect condition. The views are of the golf course, the fields of sunflowers and there is a bit of sea view from the 1st floor.

French windows connect the living room with the spacious - partly covered - terrace and the garden. Outside too, you can relax in comfort. There is a wide array of luxury designer outdoor furniture (by Manutti and Gommaire, among others), including a complete outdoor lounge set on the short side of the swimming pool.

Under the pergola on the other short side of the pool is a large teak dining table for 10. A lovely place to sit out of the sun and enjoy breakfast, lunch or a deliciously prepared dinner. Here you will also find the luxurious gas BBQ, or as locals call it, a cuisine d'été.

The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each feature a private terrace with seating. The covered terraces also have several seating areas and tables. Finally, at the front facade of the house is a furnished balcony overlooking the golf course. 

The private pool measures 9 x 5 m. On the sun terrace, surrounding the pool, there are several luxury sun loungers and luxury umbrellas. The villa is optimally positioned; you can enjoy the sun all day until late in the evening if you wish. Immerse yourself in the French culture with a game on the jeu de boules court. Here too, there is furniture to sit during a game.

Especially for you as guests of the villa, sunbeds have been reserved on the private beach belonging to the Domaine. It is within walking distance (10 min) and also features a restaurant, a bar and a jetty. The latter is nice for a day of sailing with a rental boat, for example. The fact that all these options are available to you within walking distance makes the villa even more appealing. 

PS. Luxury sunbeds and parasols for the pool are available but had not yet been delivered at the time of the photo shoot.

Saint-Tropez, the iconic seaside resort on the Côte d'Azur, remains irresistible, even with its influx of tourists. Renowned for its harbor filled with glittering luxury yachts, the town combines flair with functionality. The bustling town center is full of shops and offers a vibrant nightlife.

Not far away, the prestigious Pampelonne beaches and their chic beach clubs await you. Further inland, you will discover charming villages like Ramatuelle and Grimaud.

Beautifull Grimaud is famous for its medieval streets and it offers several good restaurants. It is definitely worth a visit.

Nearby popular Sainte-Maxime is a lively seaside resort with many terraces, shops, and restaurants.

Port Grimaud offers several water sports options, such as water-skiing and windsurfing. Saint-Tropez is about a 20-minute drive from the villa.
