This is a stunning villa; spacious with its 400 m² of living space, bright, and tastefully decorated. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room, a modern kitchen, and one bedroom (a suite, really). If desired, you can use the elevator to reach the first floor, as you park your car one level below.

The living room features a comfortable seating area with an XL television as its focal point. The modern open-plan kitchen extends from the living area. In addition to all culinary conveniences, there is a large dining table with 8 chairs.

There are a total of 5 luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. There are 4 double bedrooms plus a spacious apartment that includes a 5th (double) bedroom.

The layout is as follows:
On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms plus the apartment.
On the upper floor (same level as the living area, kitchen, and pool): 1 bedroom.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV.

Ground floor:
Bedrooms 1 to 3 are virtually identical in quality and design. Each has air conditioning, a comfortable double bed (160x200), an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, built-in wardrobe, and a TV.

Bedroom 4 is located in the apartment. In addition to a double bed (160x200), the apartment features a small living area, dining table, and kitchen. A TV is also provided.

First floor:
Bedroom 5, the master bedroom, features a double bed (180x200). A fun detail: the TV is hidden in the footboard. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, double washbasin, and a separate WC.

The villa’s architecture is impressively playful; indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly together. There are multiple terraces, both sunny and shaded. The covered terrace adjacent to the living area offers a dining table and ten chairs; a pleasant, shaded spot perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s also an ideal place to enjoy the morning sun with a fresh cup of coffee.

This villa offers a beautiful combination of peace and comfort with its spacious garden, private pool, and pool house with a summer kitchen.

The villa is situated on a large plot of 3000 m². As soon as you enter the grounds through the large electric gate, you experience a sense of luxury and comfort. The garden is very well maintained.

The villa consists of 2 floors, with the upper floor providing access to the outdoor area, private pool, garden, and pool house.

Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the terrace and pool through large glass sliding doors. We especially love this seamless transition to the covered terrace. A pleasant spot in the shade, perfect for breakfast or lunch or to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.

The private pool measures 12 x 5 m and is equipped with a hardcover. The pool is 1.6 meters deep. Around the pool is a spacious sun terrace with comfortable loungers and large parasols.

The pool house offers a summer kitchen and a luxurious lounge set – a wonderful place to relax with a book or a glass of wine.

The location is ideal for sun lovers – you can enjoy the sun all day long. Adjacent to the pool is a pétanque court for extra relaxation. The grounds are fully fenced, have an electric access gate, and provide ample parking space.

The charming medieval village of Grimaud is within walking distance of the villa and is known for its picturesque atmosphere. You’ll find various restaurants, cozy wine bars, a weekly market, and during the high season, regular performances. The village has two bakeries and a small supermarket. Please note: by ‘walking distance’ we mean a partly hilly walk.

In nearby Port Grimaud, there are plenty of opportunities for water sports such as waterskiing and windsurfing.

The nearest beach is just 4 kilometers from the villa. The popular beaches of Saint-Tropez, including the famous Pampelonne Plage, are about 10 kilometers away. Several supermarkets are available in the area, including two well-known French hypermarchés.
