The villa boasts a 360-square meter living area. From the living room, you have direct views of the garden and the Mediterranean Sea. The living area with 2 comfy sofas and a cozy corner by the fireplace is connected to the covered terrace and the spacious garden through French doors. Old tiles and the beamed ceiling create a lot of southern French atmosphere.

Extending from the living room is the modern and very luxurious kitchen. We are impressed by the large stove surrounded by a marble-look Dekton countertop. Also very beautiful are the round marble Knoll dining table and the 7 Carl Hansen Wishbone chairs. This luxury kitchen is equipped with all modern kitchen appliances.

There are a total of 6 bedrooms; 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and offer an en-suite bathroom, except for the children's room.

On the ground floor; bedroom 1, 2, and 3 each come with an en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms offer access to the garden.

Bedroom 1 boasts a double bed (180×200) with an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160×200). The bathroom is an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet). Bedroom 3 consists of a mezzanine with a double bed (2x90x200). The en-suite bathroom is at garden level (shower, sink, and toilet).

On the 1st floor are bedrooms 4, 5, and 6; Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom with a modern luxury en-suite bathroom (spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet), TV, and a private terrace with an expansive view of the Mediterranean Sea. The bed is double (160x200).

Bedroom 5 is the children's room. With one of the most beautiful cribs (90x200) and a baby cot. This bedroom is connected to the master bedroom but access is also available via the hallway.

Bedroom 6 is a spacious room with a double bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).

At garden level is an additional bedroom for accompanying staff (such as a nanny) with a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). The room offers access to the garden.

The various Sonos speakers distributed throughout the villa are very convenient. The villa also offers multiple TVs including in the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

This romantic villa with its spacious and beautifully maintained garden, a pool of 12 x 6 m, and a covered terrace of 50 m² offers a beautiful combination of romance and comfort.

The villa is located on a generous plot of 6,000 m² in an exclusive and well-maintained Domaine. As soon as you enter the property through the large gate, you experience a feeling of tranquility, luxury, and comfort.

This green oasis can be accessed from the living room and kitchen through French patio doors. The kitchen provides access to the adjacent, partially covered terrace with a modern outdoor dining table and a luxurious lounge set.

The private pool is spacious (17 x 6 m) and equipped with a hardcover. The beautiful garden furniture (including a seating area, outdoor dining table, sun loungers) together with the green grass and large palm trees make this luxury villa a very pleasant place to stay.

The grounds are fully-fenced and have an electric access gate and ample parking spaces.

Perhaps you are familiar with the film "La Piscine" starring Alain Delon and Romy Schneider. It's a sizzling summer film set in a typical South-French villa in the vicinity of Saint Tropez. While this villa is certainly not the one from the movie, the atmosphere is identical. It offers classic understated luxury with a modern twist. 

This is a beautiful place to stay. You are located on the peninsula of Saint Tropez. It is wonderfully quiet - thanks to the generous plot - and it usually is an easy 15-minute, traffic-free drive to Saint Tropez. The same applies to the famous beaches of Ramatuelle with their chic beach clubs. The beaches of Gigaro are a nice alternative and are located 5 minutes from the villa.

For this villa, a minimum stay of 2 weeks applies.
