La Cardenille

The entrance to the villa is located on the top floor. Here you also find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A wide staircase leads to the living room and the kitchen. The living room is decorated in a contemporary style and features a comfortable seating area with a 47 inch LED TV screen with satellite connection (Dutch -, Belgian -,French-, German-, and (limited) UK canals) a HIFI set, a Home Cinema system and DVD player. From the living room french doors gives access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with, amongst others, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer. The whole villa has air conditioning.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the top floor, at the entrance, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x220) and a private bathroom (shower). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200) and bedroom 3 has two single beds (2x80x200). Bedroom 2 and 3 share a private bathroom (shower). From the bedrooms you have a beautiful view on the wine domaine la Madrague. 

At the ground floor you find the bedrooms 4 and 5. Bedroom 4, the master bedroom, has two single beds (2x100x200) and an-ensuite bathroom (bath and shower). This bedroom also features a TV with satellite (Dutch -, Belgian -,French-, German-, and (limited) UK canals). Bedroom 5 also has 2 single beds (2x90x220) and an en-suite bathroom (shower).

The villa is located on a large ground (2000m2) that is closed with an electric gate. Once arrived at the end of the driveway, you can park in front of the villa entrance.

The garden is nicely landscaped and maintained. At the back of the garden you find a gate which gives direct access to the road. From here you can easily walk to the beach la Pinède Plage (only a few 100 meters).

Almost acrosss the entire width of the villa, you have a covered terrace and in line with the kitchen you find the BBQ and a large dining table  for 8 with a granite top. In line with the covered terrace, in front of the french doors of the living, you find 7 la Fuma sun beds. This is a wonderful place to enjoy an aperitif in the evening sun. A staircase leads you to the lawn and the infinity pool (9,5x5m). On both sides of the pool, partly underneath a beautiful covered terrace and on the other side partly underneath a parasol, you find 8 Kettler lounge chairs.

La Croix-Valmer is a charming village with good restaurants and nice shops there are several backeries, a good supermarket and a Presse. There also is a weekly, traditional, market. Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle are within easy reach. At a 15 minutes drive you find the large supermarket (Geant)at the roundabout Fuchs. You can’t miss it! A great plus is the fact that you have La Plage Figaro at short distance, a popular vacation spot for Parisians.

The villas location is special, within 750 meters from the beach and some nice restaurants including the luxurious La Pinède Plage. The sister restaurant of La Pinède Plage is the 5* Château Valmer which is literally next to the villa. If you like, you don't need your car. Also useful is the Navette Gratuite (a bus service in summer) which stops in front of the villa. Very convenient for a visit to the market in la Croix Valmer.
