La Carrade

This is a very special villa, beautifully and uniquely styled both inside and outside. Exclusive stay in a villa equipped with comfort, character, and atmosphere. We really like the colour drenched interior. We felt like we were in Santa Fe in New Mexico but it is "just" wonderful in Southern France, within walking distance of the beach at La Croix Valmer.

The living room is wonderfully spacious with the focal point being the XXL sofa that spans the entire back wall of the living room, it feels as if you are in a Bedouin tent in the middle of the desert.

The open kitchen and dining area is also spacious and equipped with modern appliances. Very nice is the adjacent partially covered terrace with dining table. A nice spot for a cup of coffee in the morning.

Adjacent to the living room and kitchen is the covered terrace. The dining table directly adjacent to the kitchen is always in the shade. The BBQ is also located here.

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

We are impressed by the location this villa offers; adjacent to the vineyards, view of the Mediterranean Sea and walking distance to the beach, Plage d'Héraclée.

At the level of the living room and the XL kitchen, the terrace extends across the entire width of the villa. From the living room and kitchen, you have direct access to the spacious covered terrace. Large sliding doors completely disappear into the wall. On the terrace is a large dining table suitable for 8 people. The plancha is also located here.

There are various seating elements on the terrace below and both bedrooms offer access to a private terrace. The bedrooms upstairs both have access to the large terrace. On this terrace are some sunbeds and a seating area provided with a shade cloth. From here there is a beautiful view towards the sea.

The pool measures 10 x 4 m. There are sunbeds, a parasol, and an extra dining table in the beautifully landscaped ornamental grass garden.

On the ground floor, adjacent to the kitchen, there is also a partially covered terrace with dining table. This is the place to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. There is space to park 2 cars.

La Croix-Valmer is a cozy village with various shops and restaurants including a bakery, supermarket, butcher, and a Presse. During the summer period, concerts are regularly organized and there is also a market every Sunday. Bicycles and scooters are available for rent in the village. 

A large supermarket (Géant) is a fifteen-minute drive from the villa.  

Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle can be reached almost without traffic jams. The many beautiful and diverse beaches are all worth visiting. And we keep repeating, you can walk to the beach 1200 m away called Plage d'Héraclée. Other well-known beaches are Le plage de Gigaro, known for its idyllic character and nice restaurants. Plage Sylvabelle and Plage d’Embarquement, slightly wider beaches and more catering establishments.
