From the entrance short stairs will lead you to the living, with on your right the sitting area and on the left the dining room with an extension of the spacious open kitchen.

The interior is modern and sophisticated decorated. Everything is new! (2019). Comfortable furniture on a sleek cast floor with a concrete look, in short a very contemporary furnished villa.

In the living you find a large comfortable sofa from where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The interior is characterized by the use of luxury materials and fabrics. A TV is present. A nice feature is the SONOS installation. Double doors provide access to the balcony which overflows into the terrace near the open kitchen.

The open kitchen is spacious and equipped with every conceivable convenience such as an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and an American fridge with ice maker. A spacious dining table with chairs are available and of course WiFi is present.

The villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is located on the level of the living. This spacious, well-styled bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200) and en-suite bathroom (bath, walk-in shower & toilet). Through a sliding door you have access to the balcony. The balcony extends over the entire width of the villa and flows into the terrace from where you have access to the living.

The other 3 modern furnished bedrooms are located on the ground floor, garden level. Bedroom 2 is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower & toilet).

Bedroom 3 is luxuriously furnished and has a double bed (2x90x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower & toilet). Bedroom 4 also offers a comfortable double bed (2x90x200) and is equipped with an en-suite bathroom (shower & toilet). The bedrooms 3 & 4 offer, through sliding doors, access to the terrace.

From the living room and the open kitchen you have direct access to the terrace at the rear of the villa. From this terrace you have a beautiful view over the hills towards the Mediterranean Sea and the port of Cavalaire. The terrace is furnished with a spacious modern dining table and chairs. The presence of a tiltable patio cover with slats makes it the ideal place to enjoy your breakfast or lunch in the shade.

A few steps lower than the terrace you find the pool (9 x 5 m). The pool can be closed via a gate from both terraces and therefore ideal for families with children. Around the pool, on the sun terrace, several beautiful sun beds can be found.

At a lower level than the pool you will find a 2nd, partly covered, terrace with a beautiful outdoor kitchen. On the terrace is a spacious dining table with matching chairs. The place to enjoy a well-prepared dinner on the BBQ.

A very nice detail are the spacious benches cast in concrete. The villa offers several nice sitting areas anyway. Enjoying the setting sun while sitting on one of the lounge sets, we think is a great way to unwind.

There is ample parking on site.

Unique to the villa is that the center of La Croix Valmer is within walking distance (10 minutes). La Croix-Valmer is a nice village with several shops and restaurants including a bakery, supermarket, butcher and a Presse. During the summer period there are concerts regularly and every Sunday there is a market.

Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle can be reached almost without traffic jam. A large supermarket (Géant) is a fifteen minute drive from the villa. Did you run out of wine? The villa is located directly next to the vineyards of "Domaine de la Croix", one of the most beautiful wine estates in the region.

A visit to one of the famous beaches is definitely worth it. Le Plage de Gigaro, known for its idyllic character and good restaurants, is around 10 minutes' drive away.

Bikes and scooters can be rented at a shop 600 meters from the villa. The immediate area is almost flat, so cycling is definitely a fun activity to do.
