The villa has a beautiful stylish decorated living. The large comfortable seating area is well placed so you can enjoy the TV, the audio system and the fireplace during the spring or autumn. The interior design is characterized by the use of luxurious materials and fabrics. We adore the beautiful dark colors in the interior.

The beautiful dining table with the 4 Pols Potten buffer lamps connects the living room with the kitchen. All available equipment is of the highest quality. Think of entertainment such as audio and the TV as well as the layout of the spacious kitchen which is equipped with all imaginable comfort such as oven, microwave, Nespresso and American fridge with ice maker. The photos speak for themselves. Of course Wi-Fi is available. Also nice is the presence of a Sonos installation in all rooms in the house as well as in the pool house.

There are 4 luxurious bedrooms and 4 designer bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Bedroom 4 is located on the 1st floor in the guest apartment; a luxurious suite with beautiful kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. Access is possible via a separate entrance as well as inside.

Bedroom 1 is the master suite; spacious and air-conditioned, a modern en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink and toilet) and a walk-in closet. There is a double bed (180x210). Also in bedroom 2 you find a double box spring bed (180x210) with en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, double sink and toilet).

Bedroom 3 offers a similar luxury and comfort. The bed is a double box spring bed (2x90x210) and the bathroom is en-suite (double shower and double sink). Bedroom 4 is located in the guest apartment on the 1st floor. There is a double bed(2x90x210) and the bathroom is en-suite (shower, double sink and toilet). The apartment is ideal for friends who come to visit or grandparents who also stay in the villa.

The villa is located on a private grounds of 4200 m2. Be sure of complete privacy. The area is completely flat and the pool can also be reached without any stairs or steps.

The high level of style and comfort of the interior is effortlessly continued outside. The beautifully decorated pool house is at about 10 meters from the kitchen and is equipped with every comfort. A beautiful large dining table with 8 chairs. Luxurious lounge sofas with plenty of pillows. Lighting in all shapes and sizes. A great Sonos speaker. A kitchen counter with a built-in Boretti barbecue on gas, a sink with cold and hot water and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.

You will probably spend the most of the day in the poolhouse, from breakfast up to the late night drinks. From here you overlook the beautiful large pool, you have, in the distance, a view of the bay of Cavalaire and you can enjoy the view of the garden with beautiful old, large trees (the beautiful "pin de parasol" can also be lit during the evening). Garden lighting is sufficiently available. In the poolhouse a fireplace is present, but you will not be needing it during the summer. Also you can relax in the hammock.

The private pool is large (11 x 5.5 m) and runs from 1.50 to 2.50m deep. Around the pool are large natural stone terraces with sunbeds and parasols (3 umbrellas, 6 sun beds and 6 sun loungers).

We really like the binoculars ("viewer") near the pool house. With this viewer you can see the boats in the Bay of Cavalaire. It is an original old viewer that comes from the "Empire State Building" in New York. On arrival you will receive 3 "quarters" to use the binoculars.

La Croix-Valmer is a nice village with several shops and restaurants including a bakery, supermarket, butcher and a Presse. During the summer period there are concerts regularly and every Sunday there is a market.

Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle can be reached almost without traffic jam. A large supermarket (Géant) is a fifteen minute drive from the villa. Did you run out of wine? The villa is located directly next to the vineyards of "Domaine de la Croix", one of the most beautiful wine estates in the region.

The many beautiful and different beaches are all worth a visit. Le Plage de Gigaro, known for its idyllic character and nice restaurants, is located at 3 km from the villa. Plage Sylvabelle is at 1200 meters. Plage d'Embarquement, slightly wider beaches and more restaurants are also located at about 3 km from the villa. A bit further away (5 km) you find the beaches of La Cavalaire.

Bikes and scooters can be rented at a shop 500 meters from the villa. The village of La Croix Valmer is located at 600 m from the villa and the nearest beach at 1200m.
