The living room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The seating is arranged so that you can enjoy the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the pergola terrace with a large round dining table boasting beautiful sea views. 

There are 4 luxury bedrooms including an impressive master bedroom. Naturally, there are also 4 modern en-suite bathrooms. The configuration is as follows; 1 bedroom on the 1st floor, the level of the living area and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, which is the garden level. Each bathroom is luxurious and equipped with a hairdryer.

The luxurious bedroom on the 1st floor features a double bed (140x200) and an en-suite bathroom (rain shower and W.C). The bedroom opens onto the 1st-floor terrace overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean Sea. 

The ground floor is on the garden level. Bedroom 2 is a grand master bedroom with a double bed (180x200). The beautiful en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathtub and separate W.C. and is outfitted with floor to ceiling marble panels.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, and W.C.). Bedroom 4 also features a double bed (160x200) as well as a T.V. The bathroom is en-suite (shower, double washbasin and separate W.C.).

Enjoy the luxury of stepping through the French doors of your ground floor bedroom and diving into the pool. This is French living at its finest! 

The villa features several terraces both shaded and sunny. Right next to the kitchen is a spacious terrace with a lovely round dining table under an electrically operated pergola. Here you can also find a plancha for outdoor grilling and baking. Electric means you can open the "roof" whenever you like: sun or shade, the choice is yours.  While enjoying a delicious fresh lunch, you can marel at the beautiful view of the coastline and the port of Cavalaire.  

The terrace by the living room on the 1st floor is a personal favourite. A lovely lounge set invites you to relax in the cosy corner.

The pool is sheltered in the lower part of the garden. It measures 9 x 3 m and is 1.5 m deep. The umbrellas provide plenty of shade as you relax in the luxurious sunbeds. You may park your car on the private property. At this villa, you have the option to charge your electric car. The incurred costs will be paid afterwards by the property manager.

The villa is within walking distance of the centre of La Croix-Valmer. La Croix-Valmer is a cosy village with several shops and restaurants including a bakery, supermarket, butcher and a Presse. In summer, the village frequently hosts concerts and there is a weekly market on Sunday. 

Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle can be reached easily without heavy traffic. A large supermarket (Geant) is a 15-minute drive from the villa. Have you run out of wine? The villa is near the vineyards of "Domaine de la Croix", one of the region's finest wine estates.

A visit to one of the famous beaches is a must. Le Plage de Gigaro, known for its idyllic character and nice restaurants, is a mere 10 minutes away.
