Orangeraie

Villa Orangeraie is an architect-designed modern villa with luxurious temporary interiors. The entrance on the ground floor opens up to the living. The spacious living gives access to the terrace at the frontside of the villa. At the same level as the living you find the master bedroom. In line with the living, at the other side, you find the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is also very spacious and decorated in a modern style. Very special is the large wall with built-inn kitchen appliances like a large steam oven, 2 dishwashers and a wine fridge. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer. 

The living room boasts comfortable design furniture, including 3 large sofas, a large LCD TV, airconditioning and internet. French doors give access to the partly covered terrace with modern outdoor furniture. 

There are 5 luxurious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the villa. All airconditioned bedrooms are spacious with an en-suite bedroom and build-in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 at the ground floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200)the en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and toilet)and a walk-in closet. At the first floor are the other 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds (2x90x200)and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). Bedroom 4 has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and toilet).

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 give access to the spacious terrace and have a view over the pool and the sea. In front of bedroom 4 the terrace is covered. Bedroom 5 is a children's room with two single beds (2x80x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet)  The bedrooms each have their own (colour) theme and are decorated with great care.

The villa is set within a private Domaine with secured access. The garden of approx. 2500m2 is flat and is dominated by beautiful Pins Parasols. Both the living room and the kitchen give access to the large terrace, along the frontside of the villa. This terrace is partly covered and here you find a large dining table for 8. 

The pool (10x4m) can be closed with a electronically controlled hard cover. Pool heating is available. There is also an outdoor shower. There are sunbeds and parasols at the terrace by the pool. At one end you find the XL poolhouse (refrigerator, dishwasher, boiler, crockery, glassware, etc.) with a sink at the same time as a bar, a large BBQ, a dining table for 10 people and a lounge set.

A big plus to this villa is the fact that you can walk to the beautiful Gigaro Plage, to have, for example, a delicious lunch at La Pinède Plage. Here also are sunbeds and parasols.
The villa offers parking for three cars. 

La Croix-Valmer is a charming village with good restaurants and nice shops there are several backeries, a good supermarket and a Presse. There also is a weekly, traditional, market. Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle are within easy reach. At a 15 minutes drive you find the large supermarket (Geant)at the roundabout Fuchs. You can’t miss it! 

Plage de Gigaro - a popular vacation spot for Parisians - is a 10-15 minute walk away. There is a large free beach adjacent to a nature/walking area, a beach on the boulevard with a gradual end under the guard of a lifeguard, very nice for small children.

There are several restaurants, including Lily of the Beach, which also rents out sunbeds and umbrellas.

There is also a well-stocked Spar supermarket on the boulevard with fresh bread every day.

Furthermore, the surroundings of the villa are very attractive for hiking. At just a 15 minutes walk you find the beautiful and famous Cap Lardier area. (The entrance is at the Gigaro beach side). Especially spring and fall are ideal for hiking there.
