The villa truly embodies the holiday atmosphere of Southern France. Charming furnishings and great attention to detail. The living room with comfortable seating features a large open fireplace and a well-stocked bookcase. There is an LCD TV with satellite (including Dutch and Belgian channels, film and sports channels) and a DVD player.

Adjacent to the living room you will find a dining table with 8 chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a Miele dishwasher, oven, and microwave. In the utility room there is a second fridge with freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Both the living room and kitchen have air conditioning.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Bedroom 1, on the first floor, is the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200). With French doors to the private balcony and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The bathroom is en-suite (shower and toilet).

Bedroom 2, on the ground floor, offers a double bed (160x200). French doors open to the large terrace on the pool side. Bedroom 2 shares a bathroom (shower and sink) and a separate toilet in the hallway with bedrooms 3 and 4. 

Bedroom 3, on the ground floor, also has a double bed (140x200). Terrace doors open to the large terrace on the pool side. Bedroom 3 shares a bathroom (shower and sink) and a separate toilet in the hallway with bedrooms 2 and 4. 

Bedroom 4, on the ground floor, also has a double bed (140x200). This bedroom has French doors to the shaded patio. The 3 bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom (shower and sink) and a separate toilet.  

From the living room, two large French doors lead to the spacious sunny terrace, offering breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea. This terrace extends along the entire length of the villa. On the terrace is a luxurious lounge set. The terrace adjacent to the dining room is partially covered. Here you will find the Weber BBQ and a dining table with 8 seats.

Large parasols provide ample shade over the lounge set on the main terrace. At the rear of the villa, there is also a raised terrace with a small pond, offering views over the sea. On this terrace is a cozy seating area with a table and chairs.

From the terrace at the front of the villa, stairs lead down to the spacious swimming pool. The pool (12 x 5 m) enjoys a sunny location and is equipped with a large sun terrace. On the sun terrace by the pool are 8 sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower. In the evening, both the garden and the pool can be beautifully illuminated.

The highlight of this charming villa is, in our opinion, the magnificent sea view. You can enjoy this special view both from the pool and the terrace. Also very delightful is the “Cabanon” at the short side of the pool. A kind of covered terrace with an open fireplace and stone benches with cushions. In summer, a perfect shady spot and in spring and autumn a place to enjoy the outdoors longer thanks to the fireplace and lighting.

Parking is available for three cars. The entrance to the property has an electric gate. The table tennis table is located in the spacious garden at the rear of the villa. There is also a fish-rich pond with a seating area.

La Croix-Valmer is a charming seaside resort on the Côte d’Azur, located near Saint-Tropez and Gassin. The village is known for its natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and rich history. In recent years, the 5* Hôtel Lily of the Valley has put this village on the map as a luxury resort with wellness and gourmet restaurants.

Along the six-kilometer coastline of La Croix-Valmer lie seven natural sandy beaches with crystal-clear water.

The beach of Gigaro is particularly popular due to its extensive sandy stretches and proximity to protected natural areas such as Cap Lardier and Cap Taillat. Other idyllic beaches include Plage d’Héraclée, Plage de Sylvabelle, Plage du Brouis, and Plage du Débarquement, which commemorates the Allied landing in 1944.

For hiking enthusiasts, La Croix-Valmer offers various routes through vineyards, pine forests, and along the coast. The viewpoint La Croix-Valmer – Cavalaire offers panoramic views of the bay of Cavalaire and the surrounding hills. The nearby Massif des Maures is a paradise for nature lovers and hikers.

The location is also convenient in relation to Saint Tropez, and the popular beach clubs at Ramatuelle beach are reachable within 20 minutes.
