The villa offers five spacious bedrooms, all on the same level as the living area. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature a double bed (180 x 200 cm).

Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 each feature a double bed (160 x 200 cm).

Large glass sliding doors connect the living area to the partly covered terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic views, including the village of La Garde-Freinet, as well as the garden and swimming pool.

Under the covered section you will find a beautiful lounge set and a large dining table with 10 chairs. A wonderful spot to sit in the shade and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a delicious home-cooked dinner.

A real highlight is the pool house, featuring a seating area, a bar and a built-in barbecue—perfect for long, warm and convivial evenings.

The private swimming pool measures 12 x 5 m and is 1.60 m deep. Several luxury sun loungers are placed on the sun terrace around the pool. The sunny photos speak for themselves. Thanks to the excellent orientation, you can enjoy the sun all day long, well into the evening if you wish.

Always a nice extra: there is a generous pétanque court. There is also ample parking available on the private grounds.

The villa is located a short distance from the charming Provençal village of La Garde-Freinet, with its inviting terraces, small shops and local market. The surrounding countryside is ideal for scenic walks and challenging mountain bike rides through green hills and forests.

For sports enthusiasts, there are plenty of options nearby. In Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime you will find an excellent tennis club, and there are several renowned golf courses in the region, including St. Endréol, Barbaroux, Sainte-Maxime and Beauvallon.

Water sports lovers will be in their element in Port Grimaud, where you can take sailing lessons or enjoy water skiing and windsurfing. The characterful village of Grimaud is also just a short drive away—perfect for a morning stroll around the market or a long, leisurely lunch.

And of course, a trip to iconic Saint-Tropez is always recommended—for an afternoon of shopping, a walk along the harbour, or an aperitif on a lively terrace.
