La Gardette

You enter the villa through the front door which opens into the spacious modern kitchen. In line with the kitchen you will find the tastefully and comfortably furnished living with a seating area, chairs, a fireplace and a LCD TV with satellite. WIFI is available.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, including a large oven, a second oven with microwave and a coocker. Nespresso Machine available. In line with the kitchen you find the dining room with a large dining table and direct access to the terrace.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a beautiful modern en-suite bathroom (sink, shower and toilet). Bedroom 2 has two single beds (2x90x190) which can be used as a double bed, even though the bedding is for single beds.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed (150x200).

Bedroom 4 has two single beds (2x90x180) with a new en-suite bathroom(sink and a shower). The third bathroom is on the same level as the bedrooms. On this level you will find a separate toilet as well. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Villa La Gardette is located on private grounds of 8500m2. The combination of a spacious pool, nice flat lawns and the large grounds offers everyone plenty space for recreation and to play. A large covered terrace next to the villa offers a wonderful shaded place with comfortable seating, a large dining table and umbrellas. The place to be to enjoy breakfast, a good lunch or a lovely diner! From this terrace you have a good view on the pool.

The pool (14x6) located in the lower part of the garden, is great for young children because it has a 2m long shallow part (40cm), also very nice for adults!

Next to the pool there is a sun terrace with loungers, here you can enjoy the sun all day. Another feature of the villa is the pool house. It is the best place to relax with comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs. There is a shower at the pool house and a gas BBQ. 

The forests in the direct area offer very good opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. In Grimaud is a tennis club. Within half an hour drive you find several golf courses, such as St Endreol, Barbaroux, Ste Maxime en Beauvallon. Port Grimaud you offers sailing lessons, water skiing and windsurfing. Idyllic Provencal villages such as La Garde Freinet and Grimaud are at short driving distance. Be  sure to make a day trip to Saint Tropez!
