Both kitchen and dining room offers a particularly beautiful view over the Provencal hills and garden. The spacious and modern red kitchen offers direct access to the terrace on the 1st floor. The living and dining room both offer air conditioning.

There are 5 luxurious bedrooms with a modern en-suite bathroom, luxury box spring beds (180x200) and spacious wardrobes. Bedroom 1 is located on the level of the living room. Bedrooms 2 to 5 are located on the garden, terrace and pool level. All bedrooms have direct access to a terrace.

The villa is located only a short distance from the picturesque village of La Garde Freinet. As soon as the electric entrance gate opens, the beautiful and luxurious atmosphere is noticeable. You will pass a beautiful border full of lavender and park your car in the shade under the carport. This parking is almost next to the kitchen, so it's nice and easy to bring the groceries into the kitchen from the car.

The villa is situated on a beautiful spacious plot of almost 2 hectares with a panoramic view over the Provencal hills. Peace and privacy are guaranteed here. The large lawn including goal is very nice for children.

A large covered terrace borders directly on the villa. This lovely shaded pitch is equipped with modern design outdoor furniture.

The pool is very beautiful and unique, surrounded by rocks. More than 14 meters long and equipped with a small waterfall. According to the owner, the natural jacuzzi is the place for a good back massage, thanks to the falling water.

The entrance is easy via a few steps at the head of the pool. The first 4 meters are pleasantly shallow, knee height, which makes the pool very attractive for smaller children. From that point the pool slopes down to a depth of 1.80 m.

In the woods in the immediate vicinity there are good opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. In Grimaud there is a tennis club. Within half an hour's drive there are several well-known golf courses, such as St Endreol, Barbaroux, Ste Maxime and Beauvallon.

In Port Grimaud you can go for sailing lessons, water skiing and windsurfing. Idyllic Provencal villages such as La Garde Freinet and Grimaud are a short drive away. A day trip to Saint Tropez should of course not be missed.
