This spacious villa extends over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, the spacious luxury kitchen, and the covered terrace. The four bedrooms are located on the first floor. From there, a large staircase leads directly down to the terrace and the swimming pool. The villa is equipped with floor cooling, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year.

You enter the villa through the impressive front door and step into a striking, spacious entrance hall. Straight ahead is the stylish living room, with the spacious kitchen to the right.

The living room is open-plan and pleasantly spacious. Modern furnishings, plenty of natural light, and a centrally positioned fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Terraces on both sides, together with large French doors, make the room especially bright and airy. From here, you have direct access to the covered terrace.

The kitchen is spacious, modern, and well equipped to a high standard. Facilities include an American-style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-ring electric hob, microwave, oven, and filter coffee machine. The kitchen also offers direct access to the covered terrace, making it ideal for a relaxed breakfast outdoors.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, all located on the first floor. The layout is especially practical for holidays with two families. All bedrooms are equipped with floor cooling.

Bedroom 1 is located to the left of the large staircase and is the master bedroom of the villa. It is very spacious and furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The large wardrobes provide ample storage space. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin, and toilet.

Bedroom 2 is located next to the master bedroom and also has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). This room also has its own bathroom with shower and washbasin.

To the right of the large staircase is Bedroom 3, which also features a double bed (180 x 200 cm). This bedroom shares a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and washbasin with Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4 is the children’s room and offers two beds, each measuring 140 x 200 cm. This bedroom shares a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and washbasin with Bedroom 3.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have access to a large terrace overlooking the pool.

The villa is set on a spacious plot of 8,000 m² and offers complete privacy. Several terraces with different seating areas invite you to choose between sun and shade throughout the day and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings to the fullest.

The combination of the generous swimming pool, the expansive terraces, and the sunny and shaded spots creates ideal conditions for relaxation and spending quality time outdoors. The property is also especially appealing for children, as around half of the grounds consist of woodland, offering plenty of space to play and explore.

Directly next to the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining table, providing a pleasant shaded area on warm days. Particularly inviting is the covered terrace by the pool, which features a comfortable lounge seating area and lovely views over the swimming pool. Right beside it, sunbeds are available so you can relax and enjoy the sun all day long. Parasols are also provided, although they are not visible in the photos.

La Garde-Freinet is a great base for guests who want the atmosphere of an authentic Provençal village while staying within easy reach of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The village is known for its café terraces, relaxed pace and twice-weekly Provençal market, held on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. Spend the morning wandering the old streets, browsing the local market and stopping for coffee or lunch on the square.

Guests looking for culture can visit the Conservatoire du Patrimoine du Freinet, whose exhibitions focus on the traditional life of the Massif des Maures. Walkers and nature lovers can head straight from the village into the surrounding hills, with several marked routes and panoramic viewpoints nearby.

Within a short drive, guests can explore Grimaud for its medieval village, château setting and vineyards, then continue to Port Grimaud for canals, marina views and sandy beaches. Saint-Tropez is close enough for an easy day or evening out, while Ramatuelle offers access to the famous Pampelonne Beach, a long sandy stretch with both public areas and beach clubs.

The nearest easy beach option is Port Grimaud, about 15 minutes by car from La Garde-Freinet, with a sandy, family-friendly beach and a relaxed seaside atmosphere. Sainte-Maxime is about 20 minutes by car, so guests can combine village calm with quick access to the coast. Nice Côte d’Azur is about 99 km away and around 1 hour 15–16 minutes by car.
