This spacious villa consists of two floors with the living room and spacious luxury kitchen with the covered terrace on the ground floor and the 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

You enter the villa through the stately front door and then you are in the impressive large hall with the old living room in front of you and the kitchen to your right. 

The living room is wonderfully spacious and open. A cozy space with modern seating furniture with a focus on the fireplace with a terrace on both sides. The large French doors provide plenty of light and from here you have access to the covered terrace.

The kitchen is spacious and luxurious. Modern furnished and equipped with an American fridge / freezer, dishwasher, 4-ring electric hob, microwave, oven and filter coffee machine. Also from the kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace. Ideal for breakfast outside in the morning!

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All located on the 1st floor and through the large staircase on the first floor access to the terrace and pool. The bedrooms are ideally divided if you want to go on holiday with 2 families. 

Bedroom 1, located left of the grand staircase, the master bedroom is a very spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200). The spacious wardrobes are very nice. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (shower, bath, washbasin and toilet). Bedroom 2, located next to bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower and washbasin). 

Bedroom 3, located to the right of the grand staircase, also offers a double bed (180x200) and shares a bathroom (shower/bath and washbasin) with a children's room with 2 beds of 140x200. Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer doors to a spacious terrace overlooking the pool.

The villa is situated on a generous plot of 8000 m2. You enjoy 100% privacy. There are several terraces with various seating areas. The combination of a spacious swimming pool, various terraces, sun and shade offers everyone ample opportunity for recreation and play. Especially for the children given that half of the site consists of forest. 

A large covered terrace directly at the villa offers a lovely shaded area with a dining table. We particularly like the covered terrace by the swimming pool. Here is a comfortable lounge set with a good view of the swimming pool. Right next to the pool are the sun beds, here you can enjoy the sun all day. Also with parasol (not in the picture). 

There is ample parking on site.  

Located in the green area 15 minutes from the beach in Port Grimaud. Port Grimaud offers sailing lessons, water skiing and windsurfing.

Idyllic Provencal villages such as La Garde Freinet and Grimaud are a short drive away. Grimaud in particular is well worth a visit. Children are often impressed by the large castle ruins.In the woods in the immediate vicinity, there are very good opportunities for walking or mountain biking. There is a tennis club in Grimaud.

A day trip to Saint Tropez is also a must.
