On the ground floor is the living room with the kitchen next to it and then the dining room. All the furniture has been recently renewed. From the living and dining room you have access to the spacious terrace at the front of the villa.

The living room is attractive due to the wooden beams in combination with the new furnishings. The dining room is spacious and offers a large dining table (10 people). A door provides access to the terrace with the pergola including the BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all modern appliances. Of course there is WIFI, TV, a bluetooth speaker.

There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms offer a double bed 180x200 and are equipped with an ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet).

The villa is located on a spacious and completely fenced plot of 3600 m2. There is a natural stone terrace over the entire width of the villa, partly covered. There are luxurious garden furniture such as a lounge set and a dining table.

There are several terraces to relax. At the front of the villa there is a large dining table under a wooden pergola (new and therefore not in all photos). This is a wonderful shaded area for lounging, having breakfast, lunch and dinner. From this terrace you have a good view of the swimming pool and the surrounding area. At the side of the villa is another pergola with a table tennis table and a built-in BBQ underneath.

A wooden staircase leads down to the pool below. The private swimming pool is kidney-shaped and measures approximately 10 x 5 m. There are parasols and sun beds around the pool. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long. There is an outdoor shower and a pool house. For the desired shade you can take a seat under the pergola. 

There is ample parking on site.

The villa is a 10-minute walk from the nice village of La Garde Freinet. In the woods in the immediate vicinity there are good opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. There is a tennis club in beautiful Grimaud. Within half an hour's drive there are several well-known golf courses, such as St. Endreol, Barbaroux, Ste Maxime and Beauvallon.

In Port Grimaud you can go for sailing lessons, water skiing and windsurfing. Idyllic Provencal villages such as La Garde Freinet and Grimaud are a short drive away. A day trip to Saint Tropez is always fun.
