The entire villa has a living area of 200 m2. The living room on the ground floor is spacious and bright in nature. Good use has been made of contemporary colours and materials including comfy designer furniture including the modern sofa by the fireplace. Centre point is the beautiful dining table with the famous Wishbone dining chairs.  Air-conditioned and in terms of entertainment, you will enjoy a Sonos speakers. 

Following on from the living room is the well-equipped luxury kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. 

From the living room you have a beautiful view of the spacious garden, the swimming pool and the Provençal hills. The living room and the kitchen offer access to the covered terrace on the garden side of the villa. 

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite. All beds are suitable for tall people with a length of 220 cm.

The ground floor (living level) offers 1 bedroom with a bathroom en-suite. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

On the ground floor; Bedroom 1, the wonderfully spacious master bedroom with offers a double bed 180x220. The bathroom is en-suite with rain shower and W.C. Air conditioning.

On the 1st floor; here you will find 3 equally luxurious bedrooms all with a luxurious double bed 160x220. Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 use the 2 bathrooms on this floor; bathroom 1 (washbasin, shower and W.C.) and bathroom 2 (washbasin, shower and W.C.)

From the living room, kitchen and master bedroom there is direct access to the covered terrace and from there to the spacious garden and swimming pool. Here there is a luxurious garden table with 8 chairs. As you can see from the photos, the villa is well equipped with nice crockery and glassware. Very nice is also the Green Egg BBQ.

The garden offers good privacy. The pool is private and measures 12 x 4 m. At the head side there is the pergola-covered sun terrace with 3 double luxury sun loungers with parasols. There is an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. 

Nicely situated in the coolness is the 2nd terrace with the luxury lounge set at the rear of the villa. See also the photos. 

From the garden and terrace you have a wide view over the Provençal hills. Very nice is the petanque court. A nice place also for evening drinks. The garden and location offer good privacy. There is ample parking on site.

Located in the greenery 15 minutes from the beach in Port Grimaud. Port Grimaud offers sailing lessons, water-skiing and windsurfing.

Idyllic Provençal villages such as La Garde Freinet and Grimaud are a short drive away. Grimaud in particular is well worth a visit. Children are often impressed by the large castle ruins. In Grimaud, there is a tennis club.

In the woods in the immediate vicinity there are very good opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. 

Of course, a day trip to Saint Tropez should not be missed either.
