This charning villa beams history. Beautiful original tiles on the floor, white stucco, and heavy wooden beams on the ceiling. The living room is spacious and we particularly like the transition from inside to outside. The decor is Scandi country chic in a beige color scheme. Everything here exudes peace and relaxation.

The traditional kitchen is semi-open and offers all amenities. We also like the barstools at the worktop. A great place to review the day with a good glass of rosé while cooking in the kitchen.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 4 of the bedrooms are located in the villa and 1 separately in the pool house. Those in the villa are equipped with air-conditioning.

Bedroom 1 is located on the 1st floor. There is a double bed (160x200). The bathroom is en-suite with a shower and separate toilet.

On the ground floor (living level) there are 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms offer access to the terrace through French doors. The beds are double beds (160x200). The bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share a bathroom with a bathtub plus a separate shower and separate toilet in the hallway.

Bedroom 5 is a more basic bedroom in the poolhouse. The bed is a double bed (180x200). This room is not equipped with air-conditioning. The room has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Due to the room's location next to the pool, this shower is also suitable for use after swimming.

Peace and privacy are guaranteed on the 6500 m² plot. There are various seating areas on the pebble terrace and large trees provide delightful natural shade. There is also a dining table inside the villa, but you will likely use the dining table on the covered terrace more often, from where you have beautiful views over the Provençal hills and the village of La Garde Freinet.

The pool is one level lower and features a sun terrace and a pool house with a shaded seating area. (This is also where bedroom 5 is located).

The pool measures 12 x 6 m and is 1.50 to 2.50 m deep (also suitable for serious swimmers). There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. What applies inside certainly also applies outside, everything exudes relaxation and peace.

Located amidst greenery, 15 minutes away from the beach in Port Grimaud. In Port Grimaud, you can enjoy sailing, water skiing, and windsurfing. Idyllic Provençal villages like La Garde Freinet and Grimaud are a short drive away.

The medieval village of Grimaud is well worth a visit. Children are often impressed by the large castle ruins. In Grimaud, there is a tennis club. In the nearby forests, there are excellent opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. A day trip to Saint Tropez is also a must.

We hear good things about the restaurant La Cabane in La Garde Freinet, especially about the service and the delicious artisanal lavender ice cream.

Also worth visiting is the art studio L’Ecrin. Artisanal ceramics. All unique pieces. You will be warmly welcomed there.
