This luxury villa offers approximately 200 m² of elegant living comfort, just minutes from the beach and the center. The property is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wifi. The spacious, open living area, located on the first floor, is bright and stylishly furnished, combining a comfortable seating area with a modern dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Large sliding doors connect the inside with the outside and lead directly to the terrace, where you can enjoy views of the sea and the heated infinity pool. Outside you will find sun loungers and a dining table to relax, have drinks, and dine with the panoramic view as your backdrop.

For extra relaxation, the villa features a fitness room and a hammam/sauna. Everything is focused on comfort: air conditioning throughout the villa, fast wifi, and private parking on the premises.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, all located on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, air-conditioned. The room has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower).

Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (160x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower and sink).

Bedroom 3 is also an en-suite bedroom with air conditioning. This room has a double bed (160x200) and its own bathroom (shower).

Bedroom 4 offers a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower).

The villa offers a relatively small outdoor area in proportion. The south-facing terrace including the pool is a beautiful extension of the indoor space. The large glass sliding doors can be neatly slid away so that inside and outside flow almost seamlessly into each other. On the terrace, there is a dining table and 5 sunbeds. This, in our opinion, makes it less suitable for small children.

The pool (8 x 4 m) is an infinity type and features a special element: a vertical wall with a waterfall, which adds extra atmosphere and a luxurious resort feeling to the outdoor space.

Around the pool, you will find sunbeds and parasols. The terrace faces south, allowing you to fully enjoy the South French sun.

On the ground floor, there is a tropical garden. The gym also offers a nice terrace with comfortable chairs. There is private parking on the premises, allowing you to park comfortably and close to the house.

What makes this villa especially attractive is its excellent location: within walking distance of both the beach and the center of Sainte-Maxime.

Sainte-Maxime is a lively seaside resort with plenty of terraces, shops, and restaurants. Along the bay, you will find several fine sandy beaches with shallow, calm waters, ideal for a relaxing beach day. There are also cozy beach bars and beach clubs where you can have lunch or stay until sunset with a view of the sea.

From the harbor, several ferry boats depart to destinations including Saint-Tropez. An ideal way to cross without traffic jams and parking stress, and also enjoyable to do. In and around the harbor, there are usually plenty of opportunities for water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, jet skiing, and parasailing. If you want to go out on the water freely, you can often rent a boat (with or without skipper) in the area to explore the coastline and bays from the sea. On Tuesday and Sunday mornings, you can also visit the famous Marché in Sainte-Maxime.

Saint-Tropez, the iconic seaside town on the Côte d’Azur, remains irresistible. The harbor with its sparkling luxury yachts, the stylish center with boutiques, and the cozy cafés give the town that typical Tropez atmosphere. And for those who still have energy in the evening, there is plenty of liveliness.

In the surroundings, the prestigious Pampelonne beaches with their chic beach clubs beckon. Inland, a different setting awaits: charming villages like Ramatuelle and Grimaud, with narrow streets, beautiful views, and that delightful Provençal feeling. For those who like to stay active, the region also offers excellent opportunities for golfing or exploring the green hinterland via beautiful walking and cycling routes towards the Massif des Maures.
