The villa features a spacious living room, stylishly decorated with pops of color. There's a large, comfortable seating area where you can enjoy both the stunning sea view and the 52-inch Samsung HD satellite TV. The villa also offers fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, extra-large wine fridge, microwave, cooktop, plancha, Nespresso machine, and kettle. We particularly appreciate the dining table attached to the island. Both the living room and kitchen provide direct access to a large terrace with a sunshade and a large dining table.

The villa has five spacious bedrooms, each with sea views, and five colorful, luxurious bathrooms.

Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is located on the ground floor (garden level). Its open-plan bathroom (freestanding bath, shower, two sinks, and toilet) and double bed (160x200 cm) make it particularly attractive.

Bedroom 2, directly next to bedroom 1, has two single beds (90x200) that can also be made up as a double. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Bedroom 3, also located on the ground floor, offers a double bed (2x90x200) and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The beds can be separated if desired.

Bedroom 4, is located on the living room level. It has a double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with a sink and shower.

Bedroom 5, is located in the turret, the floor above the living room and accessible from the living room. This room also has a double bed (140x200) and a sink.

A level below the villa, via a safe staircase, you find the swimming pool (9x4) and the summer kitchen. The sun position is good, the villa and the pool are facing south. A wooden deck with 10 luxury sun beds surrounds the pool. A great place to enjoy and relax. Located next to the pool is the spacious terrace with summer kitchen, a shaded lounge area.

The summer kitchen is equipped with a fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher and a basin. Here you can enjoy the sun all day till sunset!

Besides the wide panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea, another asset to the villa is that you can walk to the beach and the village (bakery and groceries). It's an easy walk of 20 to 25 minutes.
Next to the Jeu de Boules area there is a nice aperotable where you can sit and enjoy the view!

This villa is situated on a hill in Les Issambres. It takes only fifteen minutes by car to get to Sainte Maxime. Saint Tropez is a 40 min drive or(in July and August) 20 minutes with a ferry (Bateaux verts) from Les Issambres harbour, every hour and from Sainte Maxime harbour every 20 minutes. The boat also sails during the night hours.

Les Issambres / San Peire and Ste Maxime are known for their vast sandy beaches. By car it takes you only 5 minutes to get there. If you like golf, you probably already know that at the Cote d'Azur there a many beautiful golf courses. Within 30 km there are about 12 different courses for example Ste. Maxime 7km, Roquebrune 12km, Beauvallon 13km and St. Endréol, the most beatiful cours in the VAR area at 28km. For a game of tennis with seview please visit the court of Les Issambres

If you enjoy dining out, it takes only a short drive. San Peire has several good restaurants. Favorites are “Le Provencal/Les Muriers with its beautiful terrace under the plane trees. Enjoy the delicious food in the brasserie! While eating e.g. fresh seafood In Cap Mail, you have a beautiful sea view.  From restaurant Les Planches and Plage 44 you also have a great view!
