You enter the villa on the first floor. Here you find 2 bedrooms. Via a staircase you go to the living and the kitchen also being the level of garden and terrace. The villa has a modern living that is colorful and stylish. A comfortable seating area is central to the living. We are enthusiastic about the way this house has been renovated. The owners have paid much attention to the choice of luxurious materials, furniture and fabrics. There is a Bose soundsystem and of course there is also Wifi.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, high fridge with separate freezer, microwave, hob, coffee maker and kettle. There is a small dining table in the kitchen. In the extension of the kitchen is the pantry with an extra fridge, washing machine and dryer.

There are 2 + 1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. 2 bedrooms are on the level of the entrance being the first floor. Both bedrooms are luxuriously furnished and have an en-suite luxury bathroom (beautiful sink and shower). The bed is a double bed (160x200). Both bedrooms offer a beautiful sea view; Imagine waking up with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Very nice are the private balconies belonging to the bedrooms on the first floor. Do you already see yourself sitting with a cup of coffee in the morning?

Bedroom 3 is a luxurious sofa bed on the ground floor. The living room can be neatly separated into a part living and part third bedroom. The presence of a luxurious en-suite bathroom is in our opinion a great nursery. The bathroom has a sink and a shower and W.C. If you do not want to use the 3rd bedroom, it will not be installed so you can enjoy a larger living.

The villa offers - apart from the sun terrace by the pool - a natural stone terrace over the entire width of the villa. Accessible directly from the living room and the kitchen as well as from the 3rd bedroom. On this spacious terrace is a large designer dining table with 8 chairs. The villa is equipped with an electric Weber BBQ, perfect for relaxed al fresco grilling in the evening.

On a lower level you find the pool (8x4m) together with sun loungers, parasols and a luxurious lounge set.

For both terraces, the sea view is very wide and lies directly on the south. Parasols ensure the desired shade and cooling. Of importance is the lack of a separation between this terrace and the lower pool terrace. There are some nice pots for plants, but we do not consider this villa suitable for children under the age of 5.

We would also like to mention the private terrace at the master bedroom. A romantic terrace with wide sea views.

The villa has no parking on site. You park the car in a cul-de-sac right above the house and you walk through a short staircase to the entrance of the villa. There is sufficient parking space to park 2 cars. Please note, the Google Maps view is outdated and before the recent renovation of the villa.

This villa is located on a hill in Les Issambres. If you drive down by car you’ll arrive in the village within 5 minutes. This village is called San Peire and lies on the Cote d'Azur between St.Maxime and Frejus. From the airport in Nice and from Cannes you’ll normally arrive in San Peire within the hour. 

Les Issambres / San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their wide beautiful sandy beaches. In less than 10 minutes (by car) you are at the beach. Within 15 to 20 minutes you are in Sainte Maxime by car. St Tropez is 45 minutes away. 

During the summer Saint Tropez is easily accessible in 20 minutes by shuttle boat (Bateaux verts) from the port in Les Issambres every hour, from the harbor in Sainte Maxime every 20 min.

If you like golf, you probably know that the Cote d'Azur has many beautiful golf courses available. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the golf course of Roquebrune (15 minutes).
