The living is spacious and equipped with a nice sitting area consisting of 2 sofas. In the extension of the living room a separate TV corner has been created with a comfortable corner sofa.

Between the living and the kitchen stands the spacious dining table. The dining table with cast iron, leather chairs and the wooden sideboard give this whole an industrial look. Double doors provide access to the terrace. The modern open kitchen is practically furnished, you can find a refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and of course an oven for freshly baked croissants in the morning.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and there are 3 on the first floor. All bedrooms are airconditioned.

On the ground floor; Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower, separate bath, double sink). Also here you will see the cast iron coming back again! 

From the entrance hall you take the stairs up to the first floor. Here are the remaining 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located next to each other. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) and share a jack & jill bathroom. Also nice is the access to the shared terrace. From this terrace you have a view of the Mediterranean sea.

Bedroom 4 is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and provides access to a smaller private terrace with another view of the sea. Bedroom 4 uses a separate bathroom (shower). There is also a separate W.C. on this floor.

At the front of the villa you will find the terrace, which is partially covered. Both from the living and the open kitchen you have direct access to this terrace which is equipped with a large dining table with chairs. There is sufficient shade provided for enjoying a delicious lunch or dinner. Further on the terrace you find two sunbeds to enjoy the sunshine. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the colorful garden.

A lounge set can not be missed on this terrace. So you can enjoy the afternoon here, read a book and relax or enjoy a good glass of rosé. 

Via a long stone staircase you reach the pool and sun terrace which is located on a lower level.

The pool measures a 9x5m and has a roman staircase and a pool alarm. The sub-tropical vegetation at the pool allows you to swim here without being disturbed. At the pool you will find 5 luxurious loungers and several parasols where you can enjoy the sun for most of the day.

There is ample parking on site.

It is a 10 minute drive down to the coast, the beach and the village of San Peire, located between St.Maxime and Frejus. San Peire is about an hour’s drive from Nice airport and Cannes. St.Maxime is a 15 min drive away, Frejus is 30 min away and St.Tropez is a 45 min drive, although in the Summer you can take a direct boat from San Peire harbour. Les Issambres, San Peire and Ste Maxime are famous for their beautiful, long sandy beaches.

To enjoy a good meal out, you don't have to drive far. There are several good restaurants in Les Issambres. Our favourite is Le Provencal-Les Muriers where fine dining is possible on its beautiful terrace under the plane trees. At restaurant Cap Mail (on the beach) you have a beautiful view of the sea while eating fresh fish dishes. 

A nice idea is to visit (the market) in Saint Tropez by boat from Les Issambres. This way you won't be in traffic jams and you won't have parking problems.

The property manager of this villa, Linda, offers additional concierge services upon request. These include grocery service (a stocked fridge upon arrival), extra linen change, and a babysitting service.
