This sleek architect-designed villa blends modern sophistication with a pure Mediterranean vibe. The spacious, light-filled living room is luxuriously furnished in a contemporary style. In the lounge area you can comfortably watch TV — or cozy up by the fireplace on a chilly day —, while enjoying an amazing panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea through the sliding glass doors.

The living area extends into the dining room, connected to an open kitchen, from which you can walk out on the terrace. A designer table in the dining area comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. In the kitchen there is also a smaller marble-topped high table, bar-style, for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The ground floor offers an additional TV room, complete with a comfortable lounge sofa and a satellite LCD screen TV, and a private gym with cardio machines and strength training equipment.

The airy architecture keeps the villa cool even in the hottest hours, but air conditioning is also available for optimal comfort. 

This residence has 5 luxury bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The exclusive Master Suite is located on the top floor. It has a double bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, and a separate WC. The best part? A private roof terrace with a luxurious set of lounge furniture under a Japanese-style canopy. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located at the same level as the living room. Both have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. The two remaining bedrooms are situated on the level below the living room. They also come each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

The living room and the kitchen offer a direct access to a generously proportioned terrace and the infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean sea. From here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Maritime Alps in perfect quietness.

The part of the terrace adjacent to the kitchen has a spacious dining table for up to ten guests. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely al fresco meal, fresh from your own charcoal barbecue. In the evening, relax with a drink in the luxurious and modern lounge set looking out over the pool and the sea.

An infinity pool (11 x 4 m) with Roman steps, surrounded with parasol pines, is fantastic for both children and adults to have a splash on a hot summer day. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols invite to peacefully bask in the sun as you’re taking in the view. 

There is a variety of large lawns for the kids to play around, including a private pétanque field. The whole grounds of the villa are fully fenced and completely secure. This upscale setting meets all your desires for escape and fun, as well as your need for relaxation and privacy.

There is ample parking space for several cars. The spacious garage is equipped with an electric charging point.

The area of Les Issambres / San Peire is reputed for beautiful sandy beaches, perfect for families. If you’re holidaying with children, the lively coastal town of Sainte-Maxime has plenty to offer. Les Issambres has several really good restaurants. We love Les Mûriers at the hotel Le Provençal, with a beautiful terrace under old plane trees, and the Cap Mail for the view and fantastic seafood.

Your villa is perfectly located on the Côte d’Azur. Nice and Cannes are one hour’s drive away. To Sainte-Maxime, it will only take 15-20 minutes. If you’re looking for a change of scenery and something glitzier to explore, you can go to Saint-Tropez — an hour’s drive from your villa or half an hour by ferry from Les Issambres or Sainte-Maxime (in July and August).
