The attractive living room of the villa is located on the level of the swimming pool. The living room with comfortable seating furniture has a large fireplace. There is an LCD TV and a DVD player. We particularly like the use of accessories and the use of a fixed (color) theme. In the living room you will find next to a nice sideboard a dining table with 4 chairs and a couch. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of equipment including a dishwasher, 2 ovens and microwave. There is an extra fridge in the garage, ideal for, for example, a drink supply in the summer. Of course the villa also offers WiFi.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 (double bed (160x200) is located on the 1st floor. The bathroom is en-suite (bath and WC). On this floor is also the mezzanine that overlooks the living room, here is a sofa bed. All bedrooms offer air conditioning. 

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the ground floor, being the level of the living room and swimming pool. Both bedrooms share a separate bathroom (shower, bath and WC). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200) and bedroom 3 has two single beds (2x90x200). 

Bedroom 4 is located on the ground floor on the west side of the villa. The bathroom is en-suite (shower and WC) The bed measures (140x200). Pay attention; the 4th bedroom is only accessible from the outside. 

The villa features a beautiful covered terrace extending from the living room. Here, you'll find a BBQ and a dining table for 8 people. The terrace faces south, making it a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. Adjacent to the dining room, next to the pool, on the second terrace, there is a luxurious lounge set and a wine bar. This is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif.

The pool is kidney-shaped and located at the living room level. A practical feature is the fence that can be used to restrict access to the pool. The pool measures 10 x 5 meters and includes a Roman staircase and an alarm. There are 6 sun loungers. Additionally, there is a pétanque court.

The pool water is kept clear and clean using an electrolysis pump. This means the water has a slightly salty feel. Compared to a chlorine pool, the water feels softer and is clearer in color. It is 100% safe for your skin and swimwear. For more information, see our blog about saltwater pools.

The villa is located in the area of Les Issambres — San Peire, not far from Sainte-Maxime. This part of the Côte d'Azur is known for its wonderful sandy beaches. From your villa, it's a five-minutes' drive down the hill. Within 20 minutes, you're in Sainte-Maxime. Saint-Tropez is an hour away by car, but in the summer months (July-August) you can also reach it by ferry. There is a boat every hour from Les Issambres, and every 20 minutes from Sainte-Maxime.

The property manager of this villa, Linda, offers additional concierge services upon request. These include grocery service (a stocked fridge upon arrival), extra linen change, and a babysitting service.
