The villa is built onto a hillside and has 2 floors: the entrance level of the villa features a living room, kitchen, and 1 bedroom, and the lower level consists of 3 bedrooms. There is also a pool level. The entire villa is equipped with air-conditioning.

The living room is on the upper floor and provides a splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea. As soon as you walk into the living room, your eyes will undoubtedly be drawn to the wide view of the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to the large windows, the living room is open and filled with natural light. In addition to comfortable seating, there is also a dining table for 8 people in the living room.

The kitchen is contemporary and well-equipped with modern appliances. You can use the American refrigerator with ice maker (Samsung), induction cooktop (Miele), double oven, and microwave (Samsung). On this floor, you will also find a laundry room with a washer and dryer (Samsung).

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 (private or en-suite) bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the pool level (lower floor), and 1 bedroom is on the entrance level (upper floor). All beds are luxury box spring beds (2x90x200 and come with a topper of 180x200). If desired, the beds can also be arranged as single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and provide access to a terrace or balcony. All 4 bedrooms offer seaview.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with seaview, air-conditioning, and a wardrobe. This is one of the 2 bedrooms featuring a TV. The bathroom is private (shower). There is a separate toilet on the hallway. The bed size is 2x90x200 and comes with a topper of 180x200.

Bedroom 2, 3, and 4 are on the garden level. Bedroom 2 is a double room with seaview, air-conditioning, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is en-suite (shower, toilet) and there is an additional outdoor shower. The bed is double (2x90x200 and equipped with a topper of 180x200). Bedroom 3 is a double room with seaview, air-conditioning, and a private bathroom (shower and toilet). The bed measures 2x90x200 and comes with a topper of 180x200. Bedroom 4 also offers seaview, air-conditioning, a wardrobe, and a TV. The bathroom is en-suite (shower and toilet). The double bed measures 2x90x200 and is equipped with a topper of 180x200.

The living room on the 1st floor provides access to the spacious terrace with designer outdoor furniture, including a comfortable and colorful lounge set, as well as a modern white dining table with seating for 8 people. You will also find he barbecue here.

Given the stunning view from this terrace, we believe this is where you will spend most of your time. The view is unobstructed, and due to its southern orientation, there is plenty of sunshine throughout the day. So you will no doubt enjoy delightful aperitifs and breathtaking sunsets.

The pool on the garden level is private and accessible via a staircase from the terrace. The dimensions of the pool are 7 x 3 meters, with a depth of 1.7 meters. There are 6 luxury sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool, all surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. The pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Another fun feature is the petanque court. There is parking space for 4 cars.

The villa is located in Les Issambres on top of a hill in a quiet natural setting with an exceptional panoramic view over the bay of Saint-Tropez.

The villa is situated 2500 meters from the beach and the sea in the village of Les Issambres. Sainte Maxime is a 15-minute drive, and a day trip to Cannes takes approximately 50 minutes by car.
