Beautiful villa with panoramic sea views. All rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. Upon entering, you will find a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. From the living room, you step onto the terrace with the swimming pool and the impressive sea view.

The modern living room is beautifully decorated in a contemporary Scandi style, both in terms of color and furniture. The furniture is light and comfortable, and there are lovely accessories. The dining table accommodates 6 people. TV and wifi (Starlink) are available. From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious terrace with a gorgeous sea view. The living room is equipped with air conditioning.

The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped with amenities such as an induction stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a large refrigerator.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200), and the bathroom is en-suite (shower/bathtub and toilet). French doors provide direct access to the terrace. The view of the Mediterranean Sea is a delightful feature.

Bedroom 2 is a smaller bedroom located on the side of the terrace; thanks to the large glass windows, this bedroom does feel spacious, and the sea view is a bonus. The modern bathroom is en-suite (shower and toilet). This bedroom has a double bed (160x200).

There are 2 bedrooms on the other side of the corridor, at the rear of the villa. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are almost identical in size, with a double bed (160x200) in bedroom 3, and two single beds (2x90x190) in bedroom 4, which is the children's room. Both bedrooms share the 3rd separate bathroom in the hallway (shower and separate toilet).

The villa is situated on a fenced private property and is secured with an electric gate. The view overlooks the valley towards the Mediterranean Sea. The garden, the swimming pool, and the terrace offer optimal sun exposure, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day until late in the evening if you wish.

The outdoor area is contemporary and comfortable. There is a beautiful lounge set, a dining table, and various sunbeds and cushions for relaxing by the pool. It's worth noting that both the lounge set and the dining table are covered by the roof, and there is an additional sun awning for sun protection. We love the stainless steel outdoor kitchen, complete with a gas BBQ and a refrigerator.

The private swimming pool measures 10 x 5 m and has a depth ranging from 1.00 to 2.20 m. Thanks to the glass balustrade, you can enjoy an uninterrupted view of the sea. Sun loungers and umbrellas are, of course, provided. In this villa, the pool water is kept clear and clean using an electrolysis pump. This means that the water has a slight saltiness to it. The water feels softer on the skin and swimwear compared to a chlorine pool. It is 100% safe for skin and swimwear.

There is space for 1 car to park on the property. Additionally, 1 car can be easily parked on the street. It is a dead-end street, so it is very quiet and virtually free of traffic.

This villa is located on a quiet dead-end road in the hills of Les Issambres. If you drive downhill by car, you can reach the coastal village in just under 10 minutes.

Nice Airport and Cannes are about an hour's drive from San Peire by car. Within 15 minutes you can drive to the lively town of Sainte Maxime. Saint Tropez is a 60-minute drive (in summer, it's also accessible by boat from the San Peire harbor). Les Issambres/San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their beautiful sandy beaches.

The property manager of this villa, Linda, offers additional concierge services upon request. These include grocery service (a stocked fridge upon arrival), extra linen change, and a babysitting service.
