La Bourbonne

This beautiful modern villa is fully equipped with all necessities for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in style. Luxury and spacious, it boasts a refined cosmopolitan design and exclusive materials.

The residence is nestled on a hillside and comprised of three levels. On the top floor, you will find a spacious and lavishly furnished living room with a gorgeous panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The lounge area with an inviting large sofa is equipped with an Apple TV and a Sonos music system. And for a more immersive entertainment experience, there is also a separate home cinema room with a large LCD screen—perfect for a cosy movie night.

Airy and light-filled, the living room extends into a dining area with an open-plan kitchen, also overlooking the sea. A large dining table comfortably sits up to 12 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is generously proportioned and offers a separate cooking island and a breakfast bar with direct access to one of the terraces.

The entire villa is air-conditioned to keep you cool in the hotter months.

The villa features six luxurious bedrooms of the same size. Each enjoys an en-suite bathroom and direct access to one of the terraces, where the guests can enjoy the beautiful view and the balmy sea air.

The master bedroom is located on the same level as the living room. It has a double bed (200 x 200 cm), a walk-in closet, a TV and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, separate shower and WC.

Another four bedrooms are situated on the middle floor and have access to the outdoor hot tub. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have each a twin/double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Bedroom 5 has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC.

Bedroom 6 is located on the ground floor, on the same level as the terrace and the swimming pool. It comes with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

The panoramic sea view from this split-level residence is simply jaw-dropping. On every level, a terrace runs the entire length of the villa. The top one is directly accessible from the living room and the kitchen. The large sliding glass doors give a feeling that the interiors blend seamlessly into the air and the sparkling blue sea.

Step out on the terrace, and you will find yourself in a comfortable lounge area with comfy sofas and chairs. A grand dining table for twelve calls for a long, cosy meal against the same sweeping background. Just you, your guests, and the sea.

A second terrace runs along the middle level of the villa. This is your sunbathing headquarters, with a set of sunbeds, luxurious lounge furniture, and a hot tub.

On the ground level, easily reachable by stairs, you will find the extra-large (12 x 6 m) infinity pool. Imagine how soothing it is to float in the crystalline water, enjoying the complete privacy and taking in the bewitching never-ending vistas! The pool is cleaned with an electrolysis pump, which ensures a brighter, softer water (compared to chlorine-based cleaning systems), completely safe for your skin and swimwear. As electrolysis pumps use a salt sterilization procedure, it makes the water slightly salty.

On the ground floor, you will also find a great semi-outdoor kitchen with a cosy bar, and a second large dining table. Perfect to enjoy all the barbecues you will be doing. 

The immense pool, the many terraces and the luxurious lounge areas offer everyone plenty of opportunities to rest and relax. And for those who don’t let a day pass without working out, a small fitness studio can be found on the ground level.

The private parking allows for 3 cars.

The villa enjoys a unique location withing walking distance (300 m) from the famous sandy beaches of Les Issambres / San Peire and Sainte-Maxime. Les Issambres has several good restaurants to offer. Our favourite is Les Muriers, the restaurant of the hotel Le Provençal, with its cozy terrace shaded by old plane trees. Another great option is the Cap Mail, where you can enjoy traditional Provençal cuisine and fresh seafood with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

San Peire is one-hour drive away from the Nice airport and from Cannes. Sainte-Maxime is within 15 to 20 minutes by car. To go to Saint-Tropez, you have a choice between driving (one hour) and taking a ferry (runs in July and August). The ferry from the port of Les Issambres leaves once an hour, from the port of Sainte-Maxime every 20 minutes.

In July and August, pool heating is included in the rental price.
