The cozy living room features a spacious seating area, a dining section, and an XL modern kitchen with a utility room. Additionally, there is a separate TV lounge, ideal for a relaxed movie night.

The open kitchen is an XL living kitchen with a large cooking island, perfect for cooking together and enjoying a cozy meal. Thanks to the wood accents, the space has a warm, almost tropical atmosphere.

In terms of appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped: there are two dishwashers and two refrigerators, plus a separate freezer. You cook on a ceramic hob and also have an oven and microwave. For coffee, there is a Nespresso machine (Original cups) with a milk frother. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a Quooker (instant boiling water) and a kettle.

From the living room, large glass doors provide access to the spacious, sunny covered terrace with sea view. The terrace runs the full length of the living room and is furnished with luxury furniture (comfortable seating area and XL dining table).

Here you will also find the large Weber BBQ and a dining table with 10 seats. The comfortable lounge set is complemented by beautiful linen curtains that provide extra shade if desired.

From the terrace, you walk directly to the pool, which is slightly lower and located right in front of the villa. The pool (approx. 9 x 4 m) also offers a beautiful sea view. Around it are several luxury sun loungers, making the whole feel like a boutique hotel—ideal for relaxing with sun, sea, and tranquility. If you prefer shade, the poolhouse offers comfortable furniture to relax.

Especially nice is the "plage" section in the pool: a shallow, lounge-like area where you can sit comfortably or paddle. There is also an outdoor shower, a poolhouse, and a jacuzzi by the pool.

The villa is located on a hill in Les Issambres, with the sea and coast literally around the corner. In about five minutes, you drive down to San Peire: a lively and charming coastal town with a beach, boulevard, terraces, and all daily amenities.

You are here on the Côte d'Azur, a short distance from the popular Sainte-Maxime. Both Les Issambres/San Peire and Sainte-Maxime are known for their long, beautiful sandy beaches—perfect for relaxing beach days, an early walk along the waterline, or a refreshing dip at the end of the afternoon.

Fresh croissants? It is 5 minutes to one of the two bakers in the village. Need a quick errand? The Spar in the village is ideal (approx. 5 minutes). Large groceries: the Géant Casino in Fréjus (approx. 20 minutes).

The Provençal market in Saint-Tropez (Tuesday and Saturday mornings) is highly recommended. Many guests make a day of it and choose to take the boat from Sainte-Maxime.

From Nice airport and Cannes, you usually drive to San Peire in about an hour.
Sainte-Maxime can be reached in about 15 minutes. Saint-Tropez is about a 45-minute drive and can also be reached atmospherically by boat in the summer from the area (including via the ports of San Peire or Sainte-Maxime, depending on the season and schedule).
