Modern and comfy furniture complete the boutique hotel atmosphere. We are impressed by the high quality of the furnishings and the use of matching colors. The living room is equipped with airconditioning.

The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. The worktop is extra-large and between the living room and the open kitchen is a beautiful oval dining table with 8 green Vitra chairs.

There are 4 luxurious bedrooms, all with a luxurious bathroom and 3 bedrooms offer airconditioning. There is 1 bedroom on the living and entrance level and 3 bedrooms on the lower floor, garden and pool level.

All bedrooms offer a luxurious double box spring bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower and 3 of the 4 also a private toilet. The bathrooms are luxuriously finished in beautiful natural stone. The beds are equipped with luxury linen.

A nice feature is that you can walk from the garden level bedrooms straight into the garden for a refreshing morning swim in the pool.

If we use the term boutique hotel, it's because of the pool in this beautiful green garden in combination with the white stucco pool house. What an oasis of peace and luxury.

The pool measures 11.40 by 5.40 and is equipped with a hard cover. Heating is possible. The depth is 1.50 m everywhere. The pool's sun exposure is excellent; the villa and the pool face due south. The pool is surrounded by a natural stone terrace with beautiful sun loungers and parasols.

An outdoor shower completes the hotel feeling. The pool house is very atmospheric and provides a nice shaded area to sit in. There is a small summer kitchen with a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a sink, and a dishwasher. There is also a toilet facility.

At the back, a nice sitting area has been created. A semi-covered terrace with a dining table for when you want to sit somewhere else. With various seating areas spread throughout the spacious garden, there is always an opportunity to sit in the sun or shade and everyone can enjoy a private moment.

A big plus is the possibility to walk to the beach and the village (bakery and supermarket). It's an easy walk of about 20 to 25 minutes. We just wonder, why would you ever want to leave?

The area in Les Issambres where this villa is located is called San Peire and is located directly on the Côte d'Azur.

From Nice airport and from Cannes, you are normally an hour's drive to San Peire.

It is a short drive to Sainte Maxime. Saint Tropez is a 45-minute drive away. In the summer, you are better off with the boat from the San Peire harbor, which is within walking distance.

Les Issambres/San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their beautiful wide sandy beaches.
