The villa has a modern stylish and colorful decorated living. A large comfortable sitting area is set in a way so you have a great view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the Provencal hills. In the TV corner you find a 4K Ultra HD TV with DVD-player and audio with iPhone interface. Of course there is Wifi.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, stove, coffee maker and electric kettle. 

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All situated at the lower level. All bedrooms are airconditioned.
Bedroom 1 is located at the seaside of the villa. The large sliding doors give access to the stone terrace. The twinbed is a beautiful boxspring (2x90x210). Wake up with a beautiful view on the Mediterranean sea. The modern en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower (in bath) and a nice sink. 

Spacious bedroom 2 also has seaview and large sliding doors give acces to the terrace. The boxspring twinbed is 2x90x210. The bathroom has a shower and sink. 

Bedroom 3 is located on

Bedroom 3 is located at the north side of the villa. This spacious bedroom is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, with a double (2x90x200) and a bunk bed (2x90x200). The bathroom is en-suite and has a modern shower with sink. On this floor you find a separate WC and an utility room with washing machine, dryer and a addtional refrigerator.

The villa offers - apart from the sundeck by the pool - two south facing terraces.  From the living you have direct access to the wooden covered deck with a dining table for 6 and a lounge seating. Thanks to the glass frame on this deck you haven an uninterrupted view. Stairs leads you 1 level down to a second wooden deck. This deck with 2 sunbeds, is also accessible via the 2 bedrooms at this level, facing the sea.

Via a closed, somewhat steep staircase, you enter the pool area with a covered terrace. The sheltered pool (10x5mtr) and the villa are south facing and offer much privacy. You find the 6 sunbeds under a beautiful modern pergola, the perfect place to enjoy and relax. The villa also has a covered parking. 

Les Issambres / San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their wide sandy beaches. If you drive down the hill by car you reach the beach in less than 10 minutes. This villa is situated on a hill in Les Issambres. It takes 15 to 20 minutes by car to get to Sainte Maxime. Saint Tropez is an one hour drive.

In July and August  you can take the shuttle boat to Saint Trope (Bateaux verts). From the harbor in Les Issambres it runs every hour and from the harbor of Sainte Maxime every 20 minutes.

Regarding rentals for the months June, July and August, the use of airconditioning is mandatory at a surcharge. You can find this surcharge in the price-list.
