The villa is built on a hillside. The entrance is on the first floor. A few steps down you’ll find the cozy, welcoming living room with two comfy sofas by the fireplace. From here, you can simply step out onto the terrace through sliding glass doors and find yourself right by the pool. 

The dining area with a table for 6 guests connects the living room to the modern open kitchen. Its fresh and minimalistic style blends perfectly into the airy, light-filled interiors of the living area. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you might need for self-catering: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker. The kitchen gives access to the covered terrace, also through sliding glass doors. The entire villa is air-conditioned.

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor. French doors offer access to the terrace with a gorgeous sea view. This bedroom has a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a private, though separate, bathroom with a bathtub, a shower (in the bathtub), and a sink.

The two other bedrooms are located on the first floor, boasting a stunning view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedroom 3 has two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm). They share a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower (in the bathtub), and a sink.

A terrace runs the entire length of the villa, accessible from the living room and the kitchen. From here, you can take in the view of the green hills rolling all the way down to the sparkling Mediterranean sea. In the morning, you can enjoy your first cup of coffee at the round outdoor table. During the day, lounge in the shade under the umbrellas.

The covered part of the terrace, to the front of the kitchen, features a bigger table overlooking the pool — perfect for an al fresco meal. Imagine those long leisurely candlelight dinners in the sunset, with a fresh bottle of rosé…

The kidney-shaped private pool, equipped with a secure alarm system, is located a few steps below. You can bask in the sun in the comfortable sunbeds, and in the cooler days, the pool can be heated (at an extra cost).

The parking space on the grounds of the villa accommodates one car (please note that the driveway is quite steep). You can also park your car just outside the residence, on the public road.

The villa is nestled into a hill in the area of Les Issambres. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Côte d’Azur are less than a ten minutes’ drive down the hill. The closest is at San Peire, a lovely coastal village between Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus. Sainte-Maxime itself is just 15 minutes away by car, and in less than an hour’s drive you can reach the glamourous Saint-Tropez. In July and August, it is also accessible by boat from San Peire. Nice and Cannes are within an hour’s drive from your villa.
