Les Sigales

The villa is built against the mountain in 3 floors. You enter on the top floor, a short staircase goes down to the living room with open kitchen. Here you will find a cozy sitting area by the fireplace and a spacious dining table (8 chairs). The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and fully furnished. French doors from the living and dining area provide access to the partly covered terrace with a nice lounge set and a dining table.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom on the first floor, and has a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is en-suite with bath and separate shower. This bedroom has a private terrace.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the level of the living room. Both rooms have a double bed (160x200). They share the bathroom (shower in bath) across the hall.

Bedroom 4 is the studio, which can only be reached from the outside, and is located at pool level. The studio features a small seating area and a modern kitchenette. The bed is 160x200. There is a bathroom with shower.

The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The outdoor space is also divided over different levels. French doors lead from the living room to the large sunny terrace, from where you have a wide view over the sea. You can take a seat on a comfortable rattan lounge set or at the dining table with 8 chairs.

The heated private swimming pool (approximately 9x5m) is located one level below. Several umbrellas provide the necessary shade on the terrace around the pool. There are 8 sunbeds available. There is also an outdoor shower. There is a small dining table on the terrace in front of the studio. From here, stairs lead down to the boules court.

The photos were taken in the winter and therefore offer an incomplete picture of what it will be like in the summer in terms of atmosphere on the terrace and the pool. In the spring we will visit the villa again for another photo session.

You can reach the village of Les Issambres in 5 minutes by car, located on the coast between Sainte Maxime and Fréjus. Les Issambres offers several good restaurants. Favorite are Le Provencal/Les Muriers with its beautiful terrace under the plane trees. You can also enjoy a nice meal on the terrace at the brasserie of this hotel. In the Cap Mail restaurant, the children can play on the beach while you enjoy fresh fish dishes.

It is also nice to visit Saint Tropez by boat from Les Issambres. Saint Tropez can be reached in 20 minutes by shuttle boat (Bateaux verts) in July and August. From the port in Les Issambres every hour and from the port in Sainte Maxime every 20 minutes. It takes about 40 minutes to reach Saint Tropez by car.
