The spacious living room with an open kitchen is directly connected to the elevated terrace from where you have a nice view of the pool. A combination of modern and antique furniture and genuine art provides an eclectic touch.

In the living room you find a large comfortable sofa. The large Samsung television with a separate Chromecast provides internet TV for you via a Canal Digitaal subscription (controlled via your smartphone). You can also cast your own streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. A Bose Soundtouch system ensures your listening pleasure.

The kitchen offers the usual modern appliances, including a built-in espresso machine, but the Nespresso machine will also be greatly appreciated (standard capsules). In the utility room, you will find the water softener and the washer/dryer combination.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the spacious master bedroom. The 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom. You can enjoy your own covered terrace facing south, with seating where you have a beautiful view. The bathroom is en-suite (bathtub, sink, and walk-in rain shower).

Bedrooms 2 & 3 offer double box springs of respectively 2x90x200 and 160x200. The rooms share a bathroom (walk-in rain shower) and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have French doors opening to the north terrace. The 3rd bathroom is located on the level of the living room and consists of a rain shower and toilet.

Entering through the kitchen door on the west side, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the 'postcard' scenery of greenery and the bay.

The living room connects to the spacious natural stone terrace via 2 French doors, featuring a large teak dining table with comfortable chairs under a 3 x 4 meter pergola.

Continuing from this terrace is a lounge area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a large luxury Grillmeister gas BBQ. Other spots for outdoor dining are a bit further into the garden (still offering some shade in the morning).

The swimming pool measures 11 x 5 m, with modern special tiling. There are 6 sunbeds with matching umbrellas, again on spacious natural stone terraces. The pool is secured with an alarm. The terrace at pool level is a particularly pleasant spot to relax. Here you also find a dining table and a cozy bench.

There is ample parking on the property. The domain itself is closed off with an electric gate at both entrances.

This villa is located on one of the hills of Les Issambres. Les Issambres is almost connected to Sainte Maxime, opposite Saint Tropez, and has one of the best sun exposures on the Cote d'Azur. You can reach it by car from Nice airport and Cannes in about an hour. In the summer, the best way to reach Saint Tropez is by ferry, which is also a very scenic journey.

Guests enjoy Les Issambres for a beach vacation in a relaxed ambiance while the high life and glamorous luxury are always within reach. In addition to the beach, popular activities include hiking, cycling, nightlife, wine tasting, shopping, cultural activities, and visiting cities such as Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Saint Tropez, and Aix en Provence.

Inland, you can visit mountain villages, vineyards, and enjoy many trips through beautiful nature and the gorges to Lac de Saint Croix.
