Maraval

The villa is built on a hill and therefore has 3 different levels: entrance, living and sleeping. The cosy living at the middle level is decorated in a romantic style. It shows the owners are professionally involved in the decoration and furniture business. The living boasts comfortable furniture and is stylish decorated, painted in contemporary colors. The fireplace is nice in spring and fall. TV and Wifi present.

The dining room, dining table for 8 guests, connects the living with the modern Siemens-kitchen. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and American fridge. From the living and the dining room you have access to the terrace with a table for 10. This terrace is partly covered and offers sea view.

The villa has 5 bedrooms. At the entrance level you will find the master bedroom with double bed (180x200) and private bathroom (bath, shower and separate toilet). This bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the hills and the sea. 

At the pool/garden level, the level below the living, are the other 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 2 is spacious with a double bed (160x200) with new private bathroom in natural stone (beautiful rain shower, double sink and toilet). 

Bedroom 3, for the children, has bunkbeds (2x90x200). Bedroom 4 has a double bed (160x200) en bedroom 5 has a queensize bed (160x200). Bedrooms 3,4 and 5 share one bathroom(shower and bath) There is a separate W.C. Three of the four bedrooms downstairs have french doors which give access to the garden and the pool.

The living has direct access to the (partly) covered terrace with a table for 10. The perfect place to enjoy a dinner with friends overlooking the hills and the Mediterranean Sea.

The private pool with sunbeds and parasols at garden level (8x4m) is surrounded by a large stone terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are available for your comfort.

There is also a covered summer kitchen (fridge, grill and gas BBQ) and a wooden dining table. An ideal place to enjoy a glass of rosé in the evening sun.

The villa is located in a quiet street in a residential area at the outskirts of Les Issambres.Les Issambres and Ste Maxime are known for their wide sandy beaches. By car it’s a 5 minutes drive down to the beach of Les Issambres.

From Nice airport and from Cannes it is normally an one hour drive to Les Issambres. From the villa it takes 15 minutes by car to St. Maxime. St Tropez is 45 minutes by car (in the summer also directly accessible by boat from the port of Les Issambres!).
