Upon entering the villa, you find yourself on the spacious ground floor, which was fully renovated in 2023. To the right is the modern kitchen, followed by the utility room. To the left is the living area, consisting of a dining area, a desk, and a seating area. On this floor, you'll also find the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.

The well-equipped, modern kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, boiling water tap, and a wine cabinet, making it perfect even for the most demanding amateur chefs. The generous kitchen island is excellent for cooking together. In the utility room, you'll find a washing machine, dryer, and an ice maker, among other amenities. The living area is tastefully decorated in a uniform modern style, featuring a luxurious seating area with refined accessories and modern art.

Both from the living area and the kitchen, you have a beautiful view of the terrace and the swimming pool. From the seating area, you can also enjoy a small sea view. The seating area is equipped with a television that allows you to watch your favorite programs via Chromecast. Additionally, there's a Wii U and a DVD player available. Once you're connected to the Wi-Fi network, you can use your own Sonos account to enjoy the speaker system and play your own music.

During the summer, the villa remains pleasantly cool thanks to the full air conditioning.

The villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom, bedroom 1, is located on the ground floor, directly accessible from the living space. This spacious bedroom features a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with an attractive bathtub, (rain)shower, two sinks, and a toilet. The bedroom also provides access to the terrace and the pool through French doors.

Bedrooms 2 to 4 are located on the first floor. Bedroom 2 has a balcony and a large double bed (200x220). Bedrooms 3 and 4 are equipped with large double beds (180x200) and (180x210), respectively. The bedrooms on this floor have small but luxurious en-suite bathrooms with showers and toilets.

The villa is located within a small, exclusive Domaine. The private grounds of the villa are fully fenced and secured with an electric gate. From here, the stunning view extends over the picturesque valley with a glimpse of the azure blue sea. The sun-soaked location of the villa allows you to enjoy the sun at any time of day, well into the evening.

The private pool (10 x 4 m) has a depth ranging from 1.30 to 1.65 m and provides the perfect setting for relaxation. In the low season, you can book pool heating for added comfort.

The garden is an oasis of comfort with numerous comfortable seating areas. The covered terrace offers a dining table with seating for 8 people and a Weber gas barbecue. Under two thatched pergolas that provide refreshing shade, you'll find a lounge set and three sunbeds. A generous sunbed (200x200 cm) awaits you by the pool, along with six sunbeds and parasols. An outdoor shower is located behind the covered poolhouse. The garden features artificial grass, perfect for various activities. 

Behind the villa, a boules court, an outdoor chess game, and a table tennis table await enthusiastic participants. Various fruit trees, including a lemon tree, limequat, kumquat, fig, and cherry tree, adorn the garden and provide ingredients like kitchen laurel for your culinary creations. The South French scents of lavender, rosemary, and jasmine add a delightful ambiance.

Parking on the property is ample, and for a fee, you can make unlimited use of the electric vehicle charging station.

The villa is located in Les Issambres, the part of Roquebrune-sur-Argens that lies on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It is situated near the border with Sainte Maxime, a charming seaside resort with old buildings, beautiful streets, numerous cafes, and stunning beaches. You can reach the bakery or supermarket in Les Issambres in just 5 minutes. During the high season, you can take a boat from the harbor to St. Tropez.

Les Issambres is known for its 9 beautiful sandy beaches and numerous coves. The sandy beach of La Garonnette in Sainte-Maxime is just 1 kilometer away. In the harbor of Les Issambres, you'll find fishing boats and pleasure yachts. There are opportunities for various water sports activities here, including jet skiing, water skiing, sailing, paddleboarding, diving, and snorkeling.

In addition to water sports enthusiasts, the area around Les Issambres is also a paradise for hikers and cyclists. A whopping 80% of the territory of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is covered in forests, resulting in beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Golf enthusiasts will find as many as 9 golf courses in the vicinity. At Thalasso Spa Les Issambres, you can enjoy a day of pure relaxation.
