The entrance to the villa is located on a quiet lane in a residential villa area, close to the sea and beach. Spacious living room stylishly furnished with large seating area and satellite TV (NL channels). From the living room there is direct access to the terrace. The completely renovated kitchen has a large sofa and a dining table in the conservatory. The kitchen is very complete, equipped with a professional Miele fridge, an American fridge, ceramic hob with 5 burners, microwave, oven and 2 Nespresso machines. Spacious utility room with washing machine and dryer. Extending from the kitchen is a covered terrace with dining table.

There are 6 bedrooms. On the living room level there are 3 bedrooms all with their own modern bathroom. Two bedrooms are next to each other (both double beds 180x210) with access to terrace and full sea views and are air-conditioned. The third, spacious bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed (200x210) is located on the pool side and offers direct access to the pool as well as wide sea views.

On the ground floor are the other 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms, both with a double bed (180x210) with French doors to the lower terrace and a third very spacious bedroom with a double bed (200x210) and a single bed (90x210). These bedrooms also have sea views. This floor is also easily accessible via an external staircase from the terrace. Between the bedrooms is a spacious recreation room with a ping pong table

From the living room, there are patio doors to the large sunny terrace. This terrace extends over a large part of the villa and is also accessible from the utility room and the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The covered (awning electric) terrace has a large dining table with 14 seats where you can eat even in the colder months because of electric ceiling heating.

Through the terrace you have direct access to the spacious swimming pool (10 x 4.5m). There are 8 sunbeds with a very large number of bath towels for free use, as well as towels in very large supply. Both the terrace and pool offer panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. There are stairs from the terrace to the downstairs bedrooms. There is a parking space for 1 car. Street parking is also possible.

This villa is situated on a hill in Les Issambres. In 5 minutes by car you drive down to the little village on the coast, called San Peire, located between St.Maxime and Frejus. From Nice airport and from Cannes, normally it will take one hour to drive to San Piere. It’s almost a 15 minutes drive to Sainte Maxime. St. Tropez is a 45 mins drive (in summer also directly accessible by boat from Port San Peire!). Les Issambres / San Peire and Ste Maxime are known for their extensive fine sandy beaches.
