This refined bedroom features a double bed (180x200) and a spacious en-suite bathroom with an elegant bathtub, rain shower, sink, and toilet. What makes it truly special is the direct access to the pool — a rare and delightful feature.

Upstairs on the top floor, a large sun terrace with comfortable sunbeds awaits, offering spectacular sea views. This level houses Bedrooms 2 through 5, each furnished with a double bed (160x200) and its own luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and sink. The quality and comfort of each room are consistent throughout the villa.

Back on the entrance level, you'll find the professional-grade gym, equipped with high-end fitness equipment, as well as a deluxe bathroom. Also on this floor is the inviting cinema room — perfect for relaxing movie nights.

This villa features 2 spacious terraces, both offering stunning sea views.

Terrace 1 is the terrace located at the level of the pool and living area. Various luxurious sunbeds and a lounge set are at your disposal. A big dining table with a view of the Mediterranean Sea is situated under a large umbrella, allowing you to stay in the shade.

Terrace 2 is the sun terrace situated at the level of the bedrooms. It is spacious and equipped with sunbeds.

Above the villa, there is a pétanque court. In the photos, you can see the pétanque court and the garden, which were added in the summer of 2023. From 2024 onwards, this has become a fully developed and lush green garden.

You can park your car on the private property, which is enclosed with an electric access gate.

By car, you can reach the village of Les Issambres in just 5 minutes, located on the coast between Saint Maxime and Fréjus. From Nice Airport, the drive to Les Issambres typically takes around an hour. Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime are renowned for their extensive, beautiful sandy beaches.

In Les Issambres, you'll find several excellent restaurants. Favorites include 'Le Provencal/Les Muriers' with its charming terrace under the plane trees. At Cap Mail, you can enjoy a magnificent seaview while indulging in fresh seafood dishes. Within a 15-minute drive, you can reach Sainte Maxime. Saint Tropez is a 45-minute drive (and during the summer, it's also easily accessible by boat from the Les Issambres/San Peire harbor).
