This coastal villa is built against a hill and consists of 2 levels; Level 1 being parking, entrance and living and level 2 garden, swimming pool and bedrooms.

The cozy living room on the 1st floor is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, both in terms of colors and comfy furniture. The dining table seats 8.

TV and Wifi are available. From the living room there is access to the spacious balcony with sea view. The living room has air conditioning.

The spacious and modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and a large refrigiator.  

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the entrance level next to the living. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed (160x200) and the bathroom (shower and separate toilet) is private. The bedroom als offers access to the balcony with a views towards the Mediterranean Sea.

Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (160x200) and a luxury open bathroom with a double washbassin, an italian walk-in shower and a separate W.C. with window. A reversible air conditioning system heats and cools the space comfortably. Please note that this bedroom is only accessible from the outside through a door next to the main entrance, 

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located 1 floor down (level of the pool and garden). On this floor you will also find 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 3 is a spacious family room and offers 2x double bed (160x200 and 140 x 200) with a private luxury bathroom (shower) Bedroom 4 offers a double bed (160x200) and this bedroom also has a private bathroom (shower) There is one separate toilet on this floor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have access to the terrace, garden and pool through French doors.

The living room on the 1st floor provides access to the balcony boasting a great seaview and which is fitted with a table seating 8 and a comfy hanging chair. 

On the terrace by the pool there are new luxury garden furniture including 3 chairs and a Vondom sofa.

The swimmingpool is private and easily reached via a short staircase from the terrace. The size of the pool is 10 x 5 m and the depth is 1.2 and 2.2 m. The pool offers luxurious sunloungers (6) and parasols. All surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool.

In this villa, the pool water is kept clear and clean via a so-called electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. Compared to a chlorine pool, the water feels softer. 100% safe for your skin and your swimwear. 

The villa is located on a hill in Les Issambres. If you drive down by car you are in 5 minutes in the village on the coast and the beach. This village is called San Peire and is located directly on the Cote d’Azur between St. Maxime and Fréjus. From the airport in Nice and from Cannes it is normally an hour by car to San Peire.

Within 15 minutes you are in Sainte Maxime, a pleasant and buzzing seasise town. Saint Tropez is a 45 minute drive (in summer also directly accessible by boat from San Peire harbor!). Les Issambres / San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their long stretches of beautiful sandy beaches.

For this villa, pool heating can be added in the winter months(November to April) at a surcharge. This is a special option - rate is on request.
