This beautiful family villa is spacious and comfortable. The open living room and open kitchen are comfortable and cozy with, among other things, a luxury TV corner with a Playstation 3 and Apple TV. The large comfy sofa in front of the TV makes this a great place for young people. WIFI + Sonos are available throughout the villa.

The kitchen, also on the 1st floor, is spacious and fully equipped with a large American fridge, cooker, oven and microwave. Very nice is the high dining table in the conservatory of the kitchen from which there is also access via a short staircase to the garden. The living room and kitchen are airconditioned. Unique is the fitness room (8,5 x 4,5 m.) behind the villa. This gym is equipped with professional fitness equipment including a treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine and a weight bench. The gym is air-conditioned. The fitnessroom is only accessible for people above the age of 16 years. A nice and quiet workplace has also been set up here with a good (wired) internet connection, monitor and printer.

The villa has 4 bedrooms. Three of them are located on the ground floor and the other one is on the first floor. All bedrooms are airconditioned. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor. This bedroom has a double bed (190x210) and has large French doors that give access to the garden. The master bedroom has its own bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).

Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90x200) and also French door with access to the garden. Bedroom 3 is accessible from the TV room. This bedroom has a double bed (180x200). Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). Bedroom 4 (located on the first floor) has a double bed with its own bathroom (shower and sink) and a seperate toilet.

The well-maintained garden is mainly a large flat lawn with pool. The heated swimming pool is centrally located in the garden (11 x 5 meters). At one end, steps descend to a dept of 1,80 meters. After use, it can be covered using an electric pool cover. The pool water is kept clear and clean via an electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. The water feels softer compared to a chlorine pool and is brighter in color. 100% safe for your skin and your swimwear.

There are several seating areas including a large dining table on the covered terrace. This 'summer kitchen' has a pizza oven, BBQ, frigdge, wine fridge and a large fireplace. Next to the pool, there is a lounge set and parasol, and sun loungers under the pergola in the corner of the garden. The pool can be heated on demand. There is also an outdoor shower and toilet as well as a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

There is parking space for 2+ cars next to the villa and more on the fully enclosed and secured domaine des Peyroues. The villa has a fast 22 KW charging station that you can use with your electric or hybrid car. This is included in the rental price. Access to the domaine is only possible through the central entrance which is always closed.

The village Mougins is located on a hilltop in the beautiful hinterland of Cannes. In the old Mougins you can enjoy on 260 meters altitude the panoramic view over the bay of Cannes. This touristy village has many old houses and ruins of fortifications. There is friendly atmosphere and the village has several nice shops and ateliers. There are about 40 restaurants located in Mougins and many of them are top class. It is said that there is no better place on the Côte d’Azur where you can eat better than in Mougins.
