The villa is all on one level and beautifully decorated in a modern colour scheme. There is plenty of comfort thanks to the luxurious seating both inside and outside on the spacious terrace. The entire villa is air-conditioned. Wifi is of course not missing.

The living room is modern and luxuriously furnished with several beautiful seats.  There is a fireplace, which is nice to use during the early and late season. From the living room you have a beautiful view over the terrace and pool towards the Mediterranean Sea.

The kitchen - located right next to the living room and with access to the terrace - is modern and fully equipped. Among other things, it is equipped with a large American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All kitchen appliances are available, such as toaster, kitchen mixer, kettle, blender. Through a large glass sliding door, you can access the spacious terrace with sea views directly from the living room and kitchen. 

The villa has 6 luxury bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 5 of which are in the main house and 1 in a separate studio right next to the villa. 

All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are air-conditioned. All beds are luxurious and measure 2x90x200 and come with beautiful luxury linen. 

Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the terrace side of the villa. Where we see bedroom 1 as a master bedroom with a nice en-suite bathroom (sink, walk-in shower and W.C.) Right next to bedroom 1 is bedroom 2 which uses the bathroom of bedroom 1. This combination is appealing for parents with smaller children.  

Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5, all with a luxurious modern en-suite bathroom, are located on the other side of the living room. For a good view, see our photos. 

Bedroom 6 and bathroom 5 are located in a separate studio right next to the villa. This cosy studio is also equipped with a nice luxury kitchen. Very convenient in our opinion for visiting friends or for grandparents who also wish to stay independently and with privacy.

The villa is located on a hill and therefore offers beautiful views towards the Mediterranean. The villa offers plenty of privacy for a rest, nature and beach holiday in one. There are several terraces with sun or shade. In total, you will enjoy 100 m2 of terrace.

Under the covered part of the terrace by the cute little tower is a lovely lounge set and in the tower itself is a bar. In our opinion, the place to enjoy a delicious aperitif. 

For outdoor dining, the kitchen has a beautiful Weber Genesis 2 BBQ. Take a seat at one of the two dining tables by the kitchen or living room respectively. 

The swimming pool is right in front of the villa and surrounded by a generous natural stone sun terrace. It measures 11.5 x 5 m and has a depth of 2.5 m. Luxury sun beds and parasols complete the southern France feeling. A great bonus is the presence of a petanque court and a table tennis table.

We find the villa's location very attractive. On the one hand lovely countryside - on a private plot of 7,000 m2 - which offers peace and privacy, on the other hand a short distance from lively Sainte Maxime with its restaurants and sandy beaches. The largest supermarket in the region is just 8 minutes' drive away. See also the Google Maps location below.

The centre of lively Sainte Maxime is about 10 minutes away. The day trip is of course to take the boat to (scheduled service Bateau Vert) to Saint Tropez. The village of Plan de la Tour is just a 3-minute drive from the villa.

In the context of trivia and famous and famous residents (actors and world stars). You overlook the vineyards of the world's most famous pirate. Sometimes the Caribbean and sometimes the Côte d'Azur.
