The villa is tastefully decorated in a color palette of white, beige, and grey: modern with a subtle, traditional touch. The interior is of good quality, with beautiful seating furniture, comfortable box-spring beds, and fine linens.

The living room has a comfy seating area and a modern dining table for 6 people, extendable to 12 people. From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious terrace at the front of the villa, equipped with an XL dining table. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Directly next to the kitchen is a second terrace, located by the vineyard, with a large dining table.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (160x200). The bathroom is en-suite and features a bathtub and toilet. This room is equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 2, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (140x200). The bathroom is en-suite and features a shower and toilet. Enjoyable indoor climate thanks to air conditioning.

Bedroom 3, the master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a double bed (160x200). The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. This room has climate control.

Bedroom 4, located on the first floor, has a double bed (160x200). On this floor there is also a separate toilet. The room is equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 5 (children’s room), located on the first floor, has a playful and original layout with 2 bunk beds 4x80x200. This room also has air conditioning.

The villa offers a beautiful outdoor setting. Beautiful luxury garden furniture spread over two terraces and the swimming pool. Terrace 1, near the kitchen, has a teak dining table with seating for 12 people and a large gas BBQ. Terrace 2, located in front of the living room, is a large dining terrace (long white table with 12 designer chairs) followed by a little lower a beautiful lounge terrace with a view of the garden and the lower / further swimming pool.

The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 meters and is equipped with designer outdoor furniture (10 sun beds). The distance between the villa and the swimming pool is 15 meters. The garden is partly grassed. Tall trees provide shade. The grass is slightly sloping but great for children to play on. Located in a Provencal setting, the villa offers a residential view on one side and views of hills and vineyards on the other. Those who enjoy walking can reach the village of Plan de la Tour on foot. 

Plan-de-la-Tour is an authentic Provençal village in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez. The village is characterised by cobbled, flower-filled streets and 25 small hamlets scattered across the surrounding hills. This gives Plan-de-la-Tour a peaceful, rural atmosphere, while the coast and the well-known towns of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez remain within easy reach.

In the heart of the village, you can experience the spirit of Provence in a relaxed and authentic setting. Every Thursday morning, the weekly Provençal market takes place on Place Foch, offering local products, colours and scents that perfectly reflect village life in the South of France. Wine also plays an important role here: the local cooperative, Les Vignerons du Plan de la Tour, brings together around 55 winegrowers across 183 hectares of vineyards, most of which fall within the AOC Côtes de Provence appellation.

The surrounding area is particularly attractive for those who enjoy nature and the outdoors. Around the village, there are walking and cycling routes that pass through vineyards, wooded hills and charming hamlets. The Sentier des Gorgues introduces visitors to the local landscape and heritage in around two hours on foot or one hour by bike. The route to the old Vallaury mines also offers beautiful views over the Gulf of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.

Plan-de-la-Tour is therefore an ideal base for those seeking peace, nature and authenticity, while still wanting to enjoy the charm of the Côte d’Azur. From here, you can combine the relaxed rhythm of a Provençal village with trips to the coast, atmospheric markets, walking routes and the surrounding villages of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
