Luxury holiday home with private pool near Ramatuelle village, Côte d'Azur. Only a couple of minutes away from the beautiful Pampelonne beaches with it's famous beach clubs like Club 55. We are impressed by the quality of both the interior and exterior. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

The villa has a warm and cozy interior with a sitting area and dining table in the living. Next to the living is a fully equipped kitchen including a beautifull stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee machine. The French doors create an open and light atmosphere in the living and connect the living room with the terrace and garden. There is a large LCD TV.
There are 5 bedrooms with double beds and 5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located in the continuity of the villa, the five bedrooms have all their own entrance through the courtyard. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms except the kids bedroom offer a queen size bed (180x200). The kids bedroom offers two bunkbeds. All bedrooms offer a luxury en-suite bathroom (walk in shower and W.C). Bedroom 5 has a fireplace, luxury King size (200x200), dressing and en-suite bathroom (2 walk-in shower, sink and toilet).
We especially like the way the beds are made up. Nice quality linnen and comfy coloured cushions offer an extra luxury feel.
The villa is characterized by its privacy and tranquility. The well-maintained garden has beautiful flowerbeds and plants. The garden is accessible via an electric gate and cars can be parked on site. The villa lies amidst the Ramatuelle vineyards.
The large swimming pool (12 x 6 m.) is beautifully decorated with a mozaiic and is surrounded with luxurious sun loungers. From the living you can reach the roofed terrace with BBQ/outdoor kitchen. There is also a shaded seating area, which is a nice place to drink an aperitif or coffee in the morning.
The villa is very attractive because of her location near the beaches of Saint Tropez. You can reach the beach clubs on the Pampelonne beach in 5 minutes by car. With the good restaurants, nightlife and famous harbor. Saint Tropez does not need any further introduction. Also nice to visit is the market on the square Place des Lices (every Tuesday and Saturday). The villa is within walking distance from the wine cave La Cave Coöperatieve des Celliers de Ramatuelle.
