La Verrerie

When you enter the house, you are immediately in the living room with the dining room to the right and the open modern kitchen behind it. On the left you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. An eye-catcher is the wide sea view from the living room. The living room is equipped with WIFI and a stereo system with iPod connection. The new kitchen is fully equipped.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the separate guesthouse. All bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom. The decor of the 4 bedrooms in the villa is a combination of classic and modern. (The sizes of the beds are 160x200 and 1x 140x190). The master bedroom offers a bathroom with a bath, the other bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Each bedroom overlooks the sea and offers access to the balcony. The whole villa is equipped with airconditioning.

In the garden you will find the charming, separate studio. This is bedroom 5, equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the front side of the studio there is a small terrace with a seat. The studio can be rented for an extra charge (see 'Out & About'). Without the studio, the villa is suitable for 8 people.

The villa is built against a hill and therefore consists of 3 levels. From the living and open kitchen you have access to the terrace with wide sea view. On this partially covered terrace you will find a large dining table with 8 chairs. A barbecue is available as well. 

From this terrace a staircase leads down to the kidney-shaped pool. There are sunbeds and umbrellas along the pool. At the level of the swimming pool there is a nice summer kitchen. Very convenient so close to the pool. A fridge, running water and plenty of crockery is available. The guest house (bedroom 5) is situated on the same (pool) level.

A level lower in the garden you will find a playground for children. Completely fenced and with artificial turf.

The villa is situated on quite high hill, which leads to the beautiful view. Due to the level differences, the garden is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

If you would like to have dinner or lunch in a Restaurant you do not have to drive far. There are several good restaurants in Les Issambres. Our favorites are Le Provencal / Les Muriers with its beautiful terrace under the plane trees. On the terrace at the brasserie of this hotel they offer good food as well. In the Cap Mail restaurant (on the beach) you have a beautiful view on the sea while eating fresh fish dishes.

It is a nice idea to take a boat from Les Issambres to visit (the market) in Saint Tropez. You will not get in the traffic jam and you will not have any parking problems.

Option studio

If your group consists of more than 8 people, the additional room will automatically be added to your booking with an extra charge. If you are traveling with 8 people or fewer but still wish to book the extra room, this is possible. Please contact our service desk for assistance.
