This villa consists of 3 levels and boasts 250m2 of living space. The living room and the kitchen are located on the middle level. From the spacious living room, there is a panoramic view of the Golf de Saint Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea.

The living room provides a very comfortable seating area, and an expansive modern kitchen is located adjacent to the living room. The kitchen also has access to the terrace through sliding doors. Here, you can enjoy a beautiful seaview and have a delightful breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with amenities such as a microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher, kettle, and Nespresso machine.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, spread across the 3 levels. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

On the first floor, accessible from the living room, there are 2 bedrooms that share an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200), and Bedroom 2 has two double beds (2x140x200). Both bedrooms have access to the balcony, with breathtaking sea views.

On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200) and is part of a large apartment with a living area and kitchen. This apartment is part of the property and has direct access to the main terrace. The bathroom is en-suite (bath, separate shower, and toilet). Bedroom 4 has a separate entrance, making it ideal for guests. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom (shower), and the bed is double (160x200).

Bedroom 5 is located at the pool level. This is a spacious studio consisting of a living area, kitchenette, and bedroom with a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower and separate toilet). From this bedroom, you can easily access the pool area if desired.

Large sliding doors provide access to the partially covered terrace, both from the living room and the kitchen. On the terrace, under an awning, you can find an XL dining table. There is plenty of space to have breakfast with the entire family or enjoy a sunset dinner.

There is also a comfortable lounge set, the perfect spot to relax in the evening with a glass of rosé while enjoying the beautiful view.

One level below is the beautiful swimming pool located in the middle of the spacious sun-drenched terrace (300m2). From the sun terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is easily accessible via a wide staircase. The pool is spacious, measuring 11 x 4 meters and has a beach entrance. The pool can be covered with a hard cover.

Around the pool, on the sun terrace, several comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are waiting for you. Can you picture yourself lounging here? There is a petanque court (boules), as well as a table tennis table, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, which is a mere 400 meters away.

Sainte Maxime, with its many restaurants, charming boulevards, and beaches, is just a 5-minute drive from the villa. The popular La Nartelle beach with its beach clubs is only 3 minutes by car.

Furthermore, from the port of Sainte Maxime, you can reach glamorous St. Tropez in just 10 minutes by boat. In the immediate vicinity, there are several beautiful golf courses and charming towns to visit, such as Grimaud, Cogolin, and Roquebrune.
