There is a large cozy living room with a modern comfortable lounge including fireplace, wireless internet, DVD player, radio / CD player, satellite TV with Dutch channels and a large dining table. The adjacent living room with sliding doors to the covered terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the terrace and has all amenities, 4 hotplates, microwave, oven / grill, refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker. On the ground floor is a toilet, garage and a washer and dryer.

There is a total of 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. This bedroom has a double bed (180x200). From this bedroom you can reach the terrace to the pool.

On the 1st floor there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (180x200) and the other with a single bed (90x200) and 1 double bed (180x200) with access to a very large terrace with lovely views. The bathroom is luxurious in stone with shower, bath and two washbasins. There is also a separate toilet. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. Baby cot and 1 high chair are available. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning.

From the living room you get through sliding doors on the shady, covered terrace. Here is a spacious, cozy dining table where you can eat outside. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and many flower species and a lawn area, ideal for children to play. The pool is about 9x4m with roman stairs and a pool alarm. Around the pool there is a large terrace and there is an outside shower with hot and cold water, garden furniture, 8 luxury sunbeds and a BBQ available. There is parking available for 4 cars on the fully fenced and secure area.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of La Plage palmiers is a few minutes away. Here are several good beach tents to find where you can eat in the high season. It is also nice to have lunch on the terrace of the clubhouse of the golf club with a magnificent view. The cozy village bustling Ste. Maxime with beaches, charming streets, shops and a choice of restaurants is just 5 minutes by car. Furthermore, from the port of Ste. Maxime you will be in St. Tropez in 10 minutes by the Pont. In the vicinity are several beautiful golf courses and beautiful places to visit as Grimaud, Cogolin and Roquebrune.
