The two terraces on either side of the living area effectively double the living space.

But chances are, you’ll be too captivated by the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and Plage de La Nartelle to notice. Rarely will you enjoy such a spectacular view while "doing the dishes" – though, of course, a dishwasher is also provided.

Bedrooms 4 & 5, identical (each approx. 18 m²), with a double box spring bed (180x210), built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom (double sink, WC, and luxury walk-in shower). All bedrooms offer direct access to the garden and pool area.

We are truly impressed by the villa's stunning architecture. Thanks to the sleek, sliding glass walls that seamlessly disappear into the structure, the boundary between indoor and outdoor living dissolves effortlessly, creating a refined and harmonious flow.

This exceptional design grants access to two expansive terraces, each offering the perfect balance of sun and shade depending on the time of day. The seafront terrace boasts a spacious, round dining table, ideal for al fresco meals with breathtaking views. Meanwhile, the entrance-side terrace features a stylish lounge set—a serene retreat for unwinding with a good book or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

The seafront terrace is further enhanced by an electronically controlled louvered roof. With the push of a button, you can adjust it to your preference, making it the perfect spot to savor a freshly brewed coffee while watching the sunrise over the Mediterranean.

The villa’s private, kidney-shaped pool, measuring 10 x 4 meters, is surrounded by a sun-drenched terrace equipped with eight plush sunbeds and an umbrella.
