The unique thing about the location is the possibility to walk (only 150 meters) to the beautiful and popular Plage La Nartelle. The private pool is directly adjacent to the spacious (covered) terrace and garden with oleanders. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

The interior is tastefully furnished and decorated by the Belgium owners. The villa is entirely on one floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fire place and a comfortable sitting area with TV (satellite channels), DVD and stereo. By the kitchen there is a charming dining table with 6 chairs. The (dining) kitchen has all modern equipment (keramic cooker, large fridge, dish washer, microwave, oven). There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
The villa has 4 bedrooms. Downstairs is the master bedroom with lits-jumeaux bed (180x200) and the second bedroom with a super-posed twin beds (2x90x200). Both rooms have via the french doors acces to the garden and a bathroom with shower and individual toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. There is a shared bathroom with shower and toilet for these two bedrooms. Separate toilet. Both bedrooms have a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m.). Both bathrooms have colourful mosaic tiles. Children’s bed (0,60 x 1,20 m) is available.Please note: A minimum rental period of 2 weeks applies in the months of July and August.
The swimming pool is custom built and is approx. 5 x 9 m. The cosy roofed terrace with large dining table and BBQ has a lovely view of the beautiful landscaped garden with lawn, plane trees, oleanders, etc. You will be able to sit out in the sun by the pool all day, or sit in the shade and enjoy a good book or a nice glass of rosé.
There is plenty of garden furniture and sun beds at the villa. The grounds are completely enclosed. There is parking space for 3 cars.
This villa is within walking distance from Plage La Nartelle at Sainte Maxime (a beautiful sandy beach). There are many fine beach pavilions here where in the high season you can also have diner in the evening.
The famous golf course of Ste Maxime is nearby. Apart from the 18 holes golf course, there are several other thing to do, you could go to the weekly market in St. Tropez or Cannes (to be reached by water taxi from the harbour of Ste Maxime), take the coast route to Nice or visit the beautiful hinterland of the area along the coast line. Within several minutes you can be in the lively town centre of Sainte Maxime.In the high season the villa is only for rent for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Sainte-Maxime & surroundings
Sainte-Maxime is a popular southern French resort in the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Because of her beautiful, long sandy beaches, charming town center and its convenient location between Saint Tropez and Cannes, it is an ideal destination for a family holiday in southern France. Within easy driving distance are the mundane Beauvallon with its famous golf course and inland the charming Provencal village of Le Plan de la Tour.
