The villa is located on a completely enclosed area of ​​12.000 m2. The combination of the spacious pool, the large sun terrace, the luxurious lounge sets and the large private grounds offers everyone plenty of opportunity for recreation and relaxation.

We are impressed by the generous and completely south facing terrace of 400 m2. Several seating areas have been created. Among other things, there is a covered terrace with tarpaulin directly on the side of the living. This terrace offers a lovely shade area with luxurious garden furniture. A wonderful place to lounge, drink coffee or quietly read a book. From this terrace you have a full view of the pool and in the distance you can see the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

Also very nice is the very spacious covered terrace with BBQ area, summer kitchen, bar and fireplace. Naturally equipped with dining table and chairs as well as beautiful luxury seating furniture.

The pool measures 12 x 6 m, here you find the poolhouse with seating in the shade. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols await you on the spacious sun terrace. Swimming pool heating is active from 1 June to the end of September.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle are a few minutes away. Here are several good beach clubs where in addition to the lunch, during the high season, you can also enjoy a lovely diner.

The lively village of Sainte Maxime with its wide sandy beaches, bustling streets, all kinds of shops and a variety of restaurants is only 5 minutes by car. There also are many nice things to do such as: shopping at the weekly market of Saint Tropez (accessible by the Bateau Vert from the port of Sainte Maxime), via the coastal route to Nice or a trip to the beautiful countryside.
