The villa boasts a spacious and very stylishly furnished living. Large sofas, a spacious dining table and both a modern and luxury kitchen, this villa has it all. The villa boasts a spacious and very stylishly furnished living. Large sofas, a spacious dining table and both a modern and luxury kitchen, this villa has it all. We love enjoying the impressive sea views whilst sitting of the living room sofa. The interior is best characterized by its use of luxurious materials and fabrics. Large sliding doors offer direct access to the partly covered terrace.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (high end appliances). Coffee is via a Nespresso machine (capsules are available in supermarkets). The all white dining table seats 10 and looks like it is being made for long lasting dinners. WiFi is available.
There are 5 luxury bedrooms and 4 luxury bathrooms. Bedroom 1, the Master Bedroom, is located on the first floor. The room, actually it is more like a suite, is very spacious and has a double bed (180x200). The view is nothing short from impressive, what a view to wake up to every morning. The bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom (a.o. walk in shower). Sliding doors provide access to the spacious roof terrace. Here are luxury sunbeds and a luxurious and modern lounge set to enjoy a drink in the evening with a beautiful view over the pool and the Golf of St. Tropez.
On the groundfloor there are bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 is modern furnished and offers a double bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is also very tastefully furnished and has a double bed (160x200) and the bathroom is en-suite.
The other 2 bedrooms are located one level belowe the ground floor. Bedroom 4 is a spacious bedroom with a touch of gold. The bedroom offers a double bed (180x200) overlooking the garden. Bedroom 5 also has a double bed (160x200) and has access to the garden through sliding doors. The bathroom (shower) is shared by bedrooms 4 & 5.
Pool & Garden
From the living room large sliding doors give you access to the spacious terrace and swimming pool with sun terrace. There is an outdoor kitchen with an adjoining covered terrace. Here is a large dining table with chairs. A nice place to have breakfast or dinner together. The lounge set on the covered terrace is a wonderful place to relax....

The swimming pool (9 x 5 m) is located in the centre of the garden and does offer a hard cover. The pool can be heated on request. There are several sun loungers by the pool. The garden is well maintained and the artificial grass around the pool offers enough space for fun and games.
The water in the pool is crisp and clear and is serviced via a electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. Compared to a chlorine pool, the water feels softer and has a brighter color. 100% safe for your skin and your swimwear. For more information see our blog about saltwater swimming pools.
For extra fun there is a Jeu de Boules court and a table tennis table. There is ample parking space on the fully fenced and well-secured grounds of the villa.
Out & About
Unique to this villa is the walking distance from the village of Sainte Maxime and the immediate vicinity of the beach (15 minutes walk). Sainte Maxime with its many restaurants, lively boulevards and beaches is within walking distance of the villa. The popular beach La Nartelle with its beachclubs is 10 minutes by car from the villa. ...

Sainte Maxime with its many restaurants, lively boulevards and beaches is within walking distance of the villa. The popular beach La Nartelle with its beachclubs is 10 minutes by car from the villa.
Moreover, from the port of Sainte Maxime in 10 minutes by boat in the fashionable Saint Tropez. In the immediate vicinity are several beautiful golf courses and nice places to visit such as Grimaud, Cogolin and Roquebrune. From the airport in Nice you are normally an hour away by car.
