You enter the villa in the spacious hall with staircase and then you enter the living room with the dining room on the right, followed by the kitchen and to the left of the living room the bedrooms on the ground floor.

The living room is very spacious and equipped with a comfortable seating area and various armchairs. The interior exudes luxury and tranquility. Subtle colors and use of beautiful materials. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace and garden with swimming pool. This also applies to the dining room and the spacious kitchen.

In the dining room there is a dining table suitable for 8 people. There is also a smaller table in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped; American fridge, gas stove, microwave, oven/grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. The kitchen provides access to the covered terrace with BBQ and large dining table. A beautiful setting to enjoy dinner in the evening with a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the palm trees in the garden.

There are a total of 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms including the master bedroom with also en-suite bathroom.

On the ground floor; bedroom 1 offers a double bed (2x90x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower, sink). Next to it is bedroom 2 with a double bed (2x90x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower in bath, washbasin and separate toilet). Bedroom 3 opposite bedroom 2 is a children's room. There is a bunk bed (2x90x200). This room also has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet.

On the 1st floor is bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom. The bed is a double bed (2x90x200). Bedroom 5 is the master bedroom. It is a beautiful suite with nice armchairs, sea view and a very spacious en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, washbasins and separate toilet). All double beds are luxurious box springs with good quality linen.

The villa is located on a particularly beautiful and well-maintained domaine, just 5 minutes from the sea and beach. As soon as you enter the property through the large electric gate you will experience a feeling of luxury and comfort. The garden is very well maintained and many palm trees adorn this villa.

The garden is spacious and has a beautiful green lawn. There are large palm trees on both sides of the garden. From the living and dining room there is easy access to the garden and terrace through 5 patio doors. The kitchen provides access to the covered terrace with the large dining table and charcoal BBQ. On the terrace in front of the living room there is a comfortable lounge set and luxury sunbeds are waiting for you on both sides of the pool.

The private pool is spacious (15 x 6 m) and equipped with an outdoor shower. The beautiful garden furniture (including sitting area, outdoor dining table, sun-loungers) together with the green grass and the large palm trees make the architect-designed garden a very pleasant place to stay. The property is completely fenced and has an electric gate and offers ample parking. This is a special villa to celebrate your holiday.

The attraction of this villa is also its location. This villa is quietly located about 5-10 minutes from the center of Sainte Maxime and about 5 minutes from the famous beach of La Nartelle with the famous beach clubs.

Several regular boats depart from Sainte Maxime to, among others, St. Tropez. From the airport in Nice it is normally an hour's journey by car. Saint Tropez is a 30 min drive.
